Hey, you forgot a movie: Jacobs ladder (1995), probably one of the scariest out there..
Jacob’s ladder is a well known film was number one in box office when it first released. This is a list of films people probably haven’t seen and given the fact you have seen Jacob’s Ladder why would you expect it on this list…..
@@SoWellDunnJacob’s Ladder (which came out in 1990 btw I always thought it was an 80’s movie) was absolutely not a hit! It is considered “moderately successful” as it came out the first weekend in November & was at the top of the box office for that always extremely poor ticket sales time. Sadly too many of King’s better film adaptations were given poor release dates. It made its budget back but was successful in the later cult following. Many are unaware of this gem!

Pontypool sounds like caravan to midnight’s radio show. I used to love listening to it when I’d go camping.
Memories and The Howling are classics. I gotta see these other movies.
Love the non mainstream movies like WISHMASTER, Trick R Treat, Trilogy Of Terror, etc.

Very good list. I think Blackcoats Daughter is a very well directed, shot, and acted horror movie but I still found it pretty boring. I enjoy a good slow burn horror movie but that movie doesn't really pay off the horror until the very end which didn't do it for me.
Memories: Magnetic Rose is Amazing.

It might be from the Threads soundtrack, but I'm not totally sure on that one.

I really don't think "The Howling" is nearly as good as "An American Werewolf in London". Where the first is decent the latter is great.
The Howling is not better than An American Werewolf In London, jesus christ. And it's BOW-TEEN, not Bottin'.
Low budget is not the concern at all , Gozu will also grow cult status in the following years like others have.
