What a great review! I really like your comparison of the gloves to Grants, makes it easier to picture what the characteristic of the premiums are like. Will definitely be adding this gloves to my collection in the near future.

These are my current sparring gloves, took a minute to break in but I love them
These are my all time favorite gloves as far as padding is concerned. I’ve had winning, Cleto Reyes, and all kinds of Everlast and these premium bayonetas are the best feeling.
As I continue to use them I’m interested if theyll be as durable as the winnings. If they are, I’ll be sticking with this brand moving forward.

Bought these recently and they're the glove experience I've been looking for since I ruined my old Grant Ultimate Bag gloves around 2010. They're even better, they're 16oz so I can use them for sparring.
These were nothing like my New Sporting, so either my NS were a bunk pair, or there are some differences.

Been trying to find a cheap pair of lace up gloves any idea of any brands that make lace up gloves for like less then 150 AUD
I don’t know if it’s me or my gloves (I have some new sporting gloves) but that felt material really wore down and started falling apart, I think neoprene would be much better
I bought 2 pairs of these. One pair of 16 oz. and one pair of 20 oz. We sparred in them last Sat. and they are great! I have the 20 oz. and the 16 oz. are for the gym I go to. Edgar makes a great glove! And He is a good guy! And yes I like the feel and smell of the glove.

what are your (and anyone else's thoughts for that matter) on sparring gloves having horsehair? just wondering if it's like overly "mean" to use horsehair gloves for sparring, always been hesistant to pull the trigger on a 16oz pair of horsehair sparring gloves for that reason, don't wanna be "that guy" who brings sparring gloves that can hurt people too much, esp since i train in muay thai mostly and we spar without head gear

kababayan, when you visit the Philippines, maybe I can buy one of your old 16oz boxing gloves. I’m 5’6” and 110kg, got diagnosed with Diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood sugar, high blood pressure so I decided to start my road to fitness. I went on IF, resistance training and boxing. After 1 1/2 months I’m now at 98kg. I have a 10oz glove for bags and mitts and I got a bgv9 for sparring but the thing is glove is too dense and hard for sparring. Hope I can buy one of your old 16oz so I can use one for sparring. Original gloves are hard to get here and real expensive and brands are limited to Thailand brands and more fake ones. Budget is really tight so maybe you have old ones you’re willing to let go and sell. Hope this reaches you. Salamat

These are New Sporting gloves?! Don't they remind you of New Sporting instead of Grant?! Why pay the higher price when you can get the OG New sporting.
Yeah, the same question.There are a lot of great pairs such as: New sporting, Bayonetas PulHH, Hit n move AD balance , Bryant Boxing, Phenom SG-210, Fly superlace. Just need some comparison
These are better than grant imo and just as pretty. Grants are way overpriced and are a decent pair of gloves but essentially is a standard Mexican made glove.

@@GamingKing-ql6fq hes asking to get these or the latex versions. These are 100 more dollars and Im wondering myself if the gloves are the same quality except it has latex foam or if there is other things that sets the premium HHF apart besides just the padding.
@@keiths5931 you are totally right I read that too fast lol. Then in that case if he is asking between the regular bayoneta or the premium I would go for the Premiums, they are better quality over the regular bayoneta. But for me personally (I’m from Mexico) those bayonetas are super expensive and I would rather buy the gloves directly from the manufacturer Angeles boxing for the regular ones and new sporting for the premiums (although the padding won’t be the same since I do believe the padding and part of the design are exclusive to bayoneta) since they also offer a horse hair and foam training glove.
@@GamingKing-ql6fq Awesome info GK. Im tempted to get these myself but I will hopefully be getting a horsehair/foam glove from John Golumb around OCT sometime so thats kind of redundant. So instead perhaps a TM Boxeo glove heheh! Have a good night!
