Originally my plan was to compare different weapon using this build, but I'm still in the learning process of making a video and lack of recording material at that time. St Elmo provide more damage overall but inconsistent crit imo (even at 55% CHC). I occasionally switch Famas to St Elmo in certain situation where less reloading is favorable and to sustain DPS.
I started using this on my DPS builds way before content creators started to rave about it. No offence to content creators. I also started to use it with my St. Elmo's Engine striker build straight away because of the high RPM it was ideal for striker BF as it would stack high and combined with the Rock n Roll the level of damage was and I nearly fell off my chair, holy crap they don't get time to use their weapon because it's so fast. I use mine with a Fenris chest piece with trauma as it blinds and confuses them headshots are lethal plus I have the extra 10% AR DMG and I have 180% CHD it runs on Challenging and Heroic with ease. It takes down Rogue Agents like they were made out of butter.
Personally I would run preservation as a talent on a good secondary gun. Good talent, but only applies when you are missing armor. Which if you play the shield correctly, takes away from that, as it does not provide "bonus armor."
@@che-poi Thats actually the combo I run. Like magic lol. Elmo is a beam on striker. I run one armor core, just for the shield. Makes it slightly more viable. With the elmo though, change the chest from ceska to groupo, same talent.
Obliterate chests are a waste on Striker builds. You're better off running the Striker chest. Obliterate gives you +25% damage at max stacks, while a Striker chest (assuming you're running the backpack) will give you +100% damage at max stacks. Grupo/Ceska are still good brand pieces, but if you really want to go for max DPS, you're better off swapping to a Striker chest and a Grupo/Ceska holster.
@@jespero94 I just figured that tanking your way through content doesn't work for me . Sooner rather than later you will get swarmed and die . An all red build is all I need to survive , especially in heroic / legendary content .
The thing about the Chameleon is that you don't need coyotes, all you really need is about 40% CHC and the weapon makes up for the rest. You're better served using a different mask if that is going to be your AR of choice. I'd look at a Belstone or Catharsis or a grupo depending on if you want more damage or more survivability
Thank you, I just maxed this build, but do you think I could use Henri Chest with Perfect companion talent instead of Fenris Chest?
Yes you can, this build can be improved further based on your playstyle. I'm glad that you find this build helpful!
@@che-poi Thank you 🙂
Hey ! thx for the video. What about Famas vs St Elm ? :)

Cool, What is your CHC?
@@che-poi Off the top of my head, I don't know I am about to login and will look in a mo. It’s 57%
@@hefeydd_ Yo thanks for that! That is crazy, high CHD and CHC. I'm really curious about your build tbh.

That is a good point. If i'm using St. Elmo, my secondary would be Emeline's Guard.

@@RogueChef love your input. I wish i had a good grupo chest piece. Still farming for it.
@@che-poi countdown is your friend when it comes to farming gear. Set it on groupo and run a few, youll probably get a decent one.
@@RogueChef noted, will do.
Grupo mask with CHD/CHD/CHC would hit harder with more consistency than the Coyote mask.
This build works great in co-op. Not the best DPS setup, just decent enough. Thanks for the input.
How to you get burn out famas weapon to beat legendary
How do you get burn out
Whats the best way to farm for gear with better attributes?
Do Countdown at Pentco and choose your targeted loot. Check out this video th-cam.com/video/iiMqxgPpnsU/w-d-xo.html
How do you get burn out famas
Opening Named Item box or farm at Countdown by choosing AR as targetted loot.

I agreed if you are running it solo, i mostly played coop so enemy died first before i managed to get maxed stacks.
I’d like to try this with the Chameleon
Chameleon legit good on this build. Just need to be much closer to the enemy.
don't 🤣🤣🤣
Really squishy build! But awesome. love tha famas with a 20% stability mod on. Lazer-bullets :)
Great that you noticed the stability mod, it works better this way imo.
Not squishy at all if you play it right 🤙
@@noway2728 Dont know about that but sure. I try to be defensive and not get hit but its really hard and takes time to kill enemies :)

@@noway2728 Yes maybe thats the case :) Good luck mate
Personally using a famas has a lot of accuracy
Pristine example chest piece. If you can cope with the playstyle
I got 1 build centered around that talent, but the playstyle I'm coping for that build is using shield for most of the time.
@@che-poi Perfect focus works wonders for legendary content. But the playstyle is hard to manage if you get too close lol.
@@RogueChef just use the M870 as back up 🤙
@@noway2728 shotty to the face lol
Keep it up…
Thannks for watching
To me coyote mask is situational.
Works better in group play.
coyota + obliterate + vigilance + chamlemon, this gives a 1M single bullet critical headahot. But agent will die very easily, zero survivability 😂
tried that before, positioning matters. I even tried with glass cannon just for fun. ooff big mistake!
