I'm from northern Minnesota and Poutine is one of my favorites! I do prefer it with sharp cheddar cheese curds on it rather than other cheeses. That gives more flavor to it.
Poutine is amazing!! One of those dishes that kinda make you tilt your head with the description but tastes great lol. There’s an AMAZING breakfast place in Vancouver if you ever go there. Chef certified
