- We have planned for this day for a long time. We finally get to drive and tow our vans along the Western Explorer to Corinna and beyond. Some say you shouldn’t take a van along this road, but we have off road vans that are built to handle the conditions.
Travelling with a buddy is valuable and the CB radios get a work out.
We have several stresses today, incl the DPF doing a burn off, the brakes and tyres overheating and Karen towing the van for the first time on the windiest section of the drive!

Loved this video girls. Was great to be able to travel the Western Explorer together. Who would have thought the white dust would stick like glue afterwards 😂

And suddenly there were 60. Congrats. Warmer weather must be happening. Tshirts! Don't think we'll be going that way now. Our poor little campervan sounds like its insides are falling out now due to the gravel roads. Great videoing as usual.
Sad about your van, some of the roads are harsh. Hope it’s not bad and you can fix it.

Awe luina, my nan and pop were the last ones to leave luina with there house to Launceston. They both have passed , but so many memory's for me there, lovely drive
My nan and pops ashes are there where there house used to be... ❤
