Check under the dash, Robin sometimes slipped under the dashboard and got stuck. This has happened to me many times with this model because Robin was made a lot smaller for this release.
Also, if you look on the inside of one of the flaps there should be a 4 digit code, with a forward slash in between. Thats the exact manufacturing date, and judging by the small corgi font on the front of the box the last two numbers should be 78, which refers to the year. The first two refer to what week it was made.
Had another look at your video, at 3 minutes and 20 seconds it does indeed look like Robin is stuck under the dashboard. It looks like his head is sticking out. Rattle the boat around and he will come loose.
