He first off advanced the American economy tremendously, and then stayed out of WW1 when he didn't need to join, buffed up the nation from the war, and then entered and ended the war when the time was right. Now I'm aware that he was a racist and suppressed any anti-war sentiment from home, so I'm not calling the guy perfect, but what he did for the United States as a country earns him a spot among the greatest presidents in my book
