VANILLA CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE
3 sticks salted butter at room temperature
8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
3 cups cups granulated sugar
6 eggs at room temperature
3 cups cake flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tbs vanilla extract
WHIPPED CREAM
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tsps vanilla extract
1 pint fresh strawberries

As for the cake, thank you! 🥰 It was really good. It’s best for the ingredients to be room temperature, because they will combine a lot better if soft. You won’t end up with chunks of butter or cream cheese in the batter.

Hi! If it is too thick just gradually add a little water (once it is cooled) until you reach your desired consistency. That shouldn’t take away from the strawberry flavor or sweetness.
