Love the nuc idea and just a suggestion on the rgb software.. Yall should reach out to companies like Signal RGB and mb vendors like Asus so other software can control the devices. While im aware yall would prefer customers to use yalls software it'll kind of limit who will purchase stuff like the desk mat or keyboard if they are forced to install another rgb software just for 1 or 2 devices.
WHERE WERE YOU at CES? (What location)? There were so few computer component companies there this year, I would have LOVED to have visited your exhibit. Disappointed I didn't see/find the HYTE exhibit over the weekend. ☹
Hyte. The LCD panel on the front of your case is awesome, I’d buy it. And the second system in the back of your case is exactly what I need, so I can have a stream PC within my main PC case. If that existed, I wouldn’t need to make a whole second build just for streaming.
not gonna lie, Paul casually namedropping a Hololive VTuber wasn't on my 2023 bingo card, also yes I would like either of the Hololive-themed Y60s (the Kronii or Baelz one) & I am sad they don't deliver them to my Country because they look gorgeous. & yeah I dig the corner LCD panel, and the fact you can fit a whole NUC + Capture Card in the back of the case is impressive
As an owner of this case I would prefer they make a distro plate that lays down on the floor of the case in front of the fans since that bit of the cases floor is completely unoccupied by anything
Thanks Paul for all the CES coverage. Regarding the distro plate a D5 would be preferable as well as losing that molex power connector for a sata one. Really is no need to using old connectors like that anymore.
I can't believe Hyte is getting rid of the corner on their next iteration of the Y60. It's the only thing that made that case stand out and made me want to get one.
I agree, but the Y60 will still be available to buy. The new Y40 is it’s own case, that’s a smaller platform but doesn’t carry over that same angled corner styling.
I just built my Y60 and the thing is just beautiful. Then Phanteks came into CES and dropped bombs with their NV7 and new fans. My wife gave me the look when I showed it to her. (lmao) Love all what Hyte is doing. Hate it that they are in cahoots with the worst prebuilt supplier on the planet. Thank you, Paul for all of the coverage this year. Really enjoying the vids bud!
It's tough cause I do want to try the y60 and have been on the fence of the Kronii edition one, but as nice as the decals are, it kinda takes away from the whole point of the fish tank and showing off the internals or even the new lcd screen. The idea is really nice how they captured her theme. The other thing is the huge mark up from regular msrp.
I have one of the hyte y60 vtuber collabs, it's very nice :) Tempted on that LCD screen 🤔 Oh boy. I'd love dual systems on the y60, I had a dual system in a phanteks case and miss it. Ideally a 3d print itx bracket or a purchasable itx mount.
It costs too much to not come with its own mounting solution, really. I noticed nobody covering this kit mentioned if it's touchscreen or not either, because most of the third party Amazon screens are touchscreens ($60~$140 range); if they're charging $120 for a non-touchscreen without a mounting solution _for a case they make,_ then what's even the point?
120 bucks is high for a novelty and likely means it costs them in the neighborhood of 60 to get it to the store. Thus - not really viable as a product.
It would be awesome to have the LCD panel as a touch screen to display the OS task bar, start menu, control panel and notifications, completely removing them from the main display(s). Basically make the case act as the computer's navigation panel with touch icons, tablet style.
I'm in my 50's Paul, been building pcs since the early 90's .... so I'm old school water-cooling and rgb.... vtuber thingy and cartoon thingies.... geez
Love the idea distro plate on just about any other case. This one blocks all the cool stuff this case was meant to show off. I really like thermaltakes rear exh mounted distro plate. That would be absolutely prefect for the y60.
That Y60 dual system with the nuc is really cool. I'd love to see something like that on the market. That's the most reasonably sized dual system I've seen.
I like both the distro plate and the LCD, so the perfect product for me would be a combination of both. And then the one software for both displaying the pump RPM, water temp etc. as well as manage the pump speed based on different input would be awsome.
I'm not exchanging my case any time soon. But I hope Hyte keeps up the innovations they're doing right now. That corner panel is very cool! Thanks for all the great coverage Paul :)
I had been planning to build my much delayed pc in a lian li case... but watching ur CES videos, the HYTE and Thermaltake cases are making me rethink..ahhh so many choices, so little money !!! XD
ordered the LCD kit yesterday. I didnt know the kit doesnt have the mounting bracket or i wouldnt have ordered it.. you would think if they sell the panel as an accessory for their own case they would sell the complete kit. Also I hope the software to use the screen is ready when it arrives. seem they rushed to show off and do not have all their ducks in a row for the option. I Love my Y60 case and like the LCD option but as a complete option and not a Half #$% Option if you know what I mean.
There are no add-ons for this sensor panel. You need to 3D print the mount for the screen but Hyte includes the files you need to print. Another easy way is to use glue & tape.
I would be sold on the idea of the screen if they sold it with a part to put it in. I believe it's 120 just for it and the parts that they put with it, I got the Hakos Baelz HYTE Y60. Don't know really anything about her but I thought the case look cool.
Man, cases and internal layouts this year are insane! There is going to be some awesome builds from people. The top down gpu mounts (for the bigger cards) and vertical mount water cooled gpus is a trend this year for sure. Also it seems that bigger cases are back - all thanks to Nvidia and partner boards I guess?
I really hope hyte can become independent of ibuy, because that company deserves no compensation 😂. Inb4 a bunch of people saying "my ibuy system works great". My friends, a car can still run with 20 warning lights.
Interesting stuff by Hyte. Also yes, I'm one of your viewers that also watches vtubers. I even ordered the Kronii PC case too. I'm itnerested in getting that LCD panel mod.
OMG finally a distro plate that Fite the y60 specifically. I wish they could have used a config that allows for both the distro plate and the lcd screen. But still, progress!
That 4090 is right against the glass in that case. They should make a mesh panel for that. Or maybe a hybrid mesh bottom part and glass upper part. The corner display is an awesome idea though i love it.
Those Hyte quick fittings are cool, I wonder if they'll have them in white. If not the black would still go with my color combinations. I've been curious about giving my hand a go at doing a custom water loop in the future. I tried to use Corsairs loop configurator on their website and it's absolutely useless. My case, the 5000T was on their list for compatibility with rads so I chose it, I chose my future motherboard from their list as well and it got to the end of the configurator and it said my case didn't have the space for rads so it didn't bring up what parts to buy. So again, the configurator is useless as the spec info on New Egg says my case has three spots for 360mm rads, top, front and motherboard tray. The 5000T is Corsairs most expensive model as well so it would be stupid not to be able to put rads in it. So it looks like it's up to me to shop around for water cooling parts when the time comes. :)
And that second system in the back of the Hyte Y60 is also genius and probably exactly what I need. I was just gonna use old parts to build a second system in a case that could fit two systems, but this’ll do nicely.
Personally I don't find distro plates "pretty" as... well you can't really see any movement anyway. So it's just a block with fittings... The Y4D (As previously named by Steve from GN) looks awesome though! It would allow for such a clean build look. Now powder coat that inside with white as well, and you won't be able to meet up with demands!
My feedback. They should make a kit that lets you replace the bottom of the Y60 and add feet to the back so you can place it glass up. I would consider making a living room pc with this case instead of using a silverstone if they did. Also, I like the dual pc concept idea.
Loving the Y40! Also loving the idea of putting an Intel nuc inside of the Y60. Anything to create less clutter on my desktop when I'm streaming is awesome! On top of that I like the LCD panel, I just wish that it was touch screen. I just want to be able to like clear tasks and manage allocated resources from the panel. That would be awesome!
I’ve looked into water cooling many times. It looks very cool, but the cost always drives me away. A Noctua NH-D15 costs around 100 bucks. You need nothing else to make that work. If the fan fails on your cooler you still have a heat sink, fin stack and some airflow from case fans to cool the CPU. It’s cheap, simple and reliable.
D5 pump but $300 is crazy for a distro that small. There should definitely be a version with no pump included. $10 per fitting is even more than EK and Bitspower. These are not competitive prices, especially from a new brand in the market.
Thank you so much for coming out and supporting us Paul! We had such a great time during CES 💛
You are making some very innovative products; keep up the good work.
Hyte. The LCD panel on the front of your case is awesome, I’d buy it. And the second system in the back of your case is exactly what I need, so I can have a stream PC within my main PC case. If that existed, I wouldn’t need to make a whole second build just for streaming.
Hyte supplying the screen is SUPER cool and the disto-plate looks sweet for the Y60.Those shark-bite fittings are also super neat.
not gonna lie, Paul casually namedropping a Hololive VTuber wasn't on my 2023 bingo card, also yes I would like either of the Hololive-themed Y60s (the Kronii or Baelz one) & I am sad they don't deliver them to my Country because they look gorgeous.
& yeah I dig the corner LCD panel, and the fact you can fit a whole NUC + Capture Card in the back of the case is impressive
Damn that Kronii case tho 🔥🔥
Man I got here early. Love to see the direction Hyte is going in!
Me too 🫡
As an owner of this case I would prefer they make a distro plate that lays down on the floor of the case in front of the fans since that bit of the cases floor is completely unoccupied by anything
1:23 that display is pretty cool! Seems like a perfect fit for the case to make its aesthetic over function type design more useful.
Thanks Paul for all the CES coverage. Regarding the distro plate a D5 would be preferable as well as losing that molex power connector for a sata one. Really is no need to using old connectors like that anymore.
Pfft omg I was not expecting the Kronii case 🤣
I can't believe Hyte is getting rid of the corner on their next iteration of the Y60. It's the only thing that made that case stand out and made me want to get one.
I agree, but the Y60 will still be available to buy. The new Y40 is it’s own case, that’s a smaller platform but doesn’t carry over that same angled corner styling.
they have confirmed to Gamers Nexus that the Y60 & the Y40 are two separate products with the 40 being the "budget" option
Thank you for the CES coverage! Big fan of the new tech. Also really well presentated!
She's One of Hololive's "-council-" members. They've done a previous one with one of her gen mates, Hakos Baelz.
You can see the Bae Hyte Y60 in the background starting at 3:13
I just built my Y60 and the thing is just beautiful.
Love the screen & distro plate for Y60! I was thinking of getting the Y40 next month, but now I want the Y60!
Loving your coverage of CES. It is the best of any channel that I subscribe to.
Thanks Steven! 🙏
The LCD Panel needs to be the norm for all coming cases, and preferably the bigger side area and not just a corner one imo. This looks very cool.
KRONIIII LETSS GOOO!!! Nice Video mate!!
That angled lcd in the y60 is pretty dope. I'd buy one.
Hell yea it is! I'd buy a couple of those bad boys.
I have one of the hyte y60 vtuber collabs, it's very nice :)
Tempted on that LCD screen 🤔
Oh boy. I'd love dual systems on the y60, I had a dual system in a phanteks case and miss it. Ideally a 3d print itx bracket or a purchasable itx mount.
That vertical display is fire. I already wanted a Y60 but daaaaaang, that's tempting.
That LCD is really cool - but I can already tell based on the very strange size that it's going to cost far too much to be viable.
120 iirc
What's strange about 12.6? Common mod to the case, pretty cheap on Amazon.
He said 120. Meanwhile lian li want $140 Canadian for a upright gpu bracket and cable lol.
120 bucks is high for a novelty and likely means it costs them in the neighborhood of 60 to get it to the store. Thus - not really viable as a product.
This is pretty much solidified my future plans to buy one of these types of cases.
That glass lcd display on the hyte case is killer!
It would be awesome to have the LCD panel as a touch screen to display the OS task bar, start menu, control panel and notifications, completely removing them from the main display(s). Basically make the case act as the computer's navigation panel with touch icons, tablet style.
I have seen a 12.6" touch screen display on amazon that could use in that corner possibly, as for software well no idea.
Killin it Paul! Bet your gonna be ready for a vacation after your vacation 😂
I already have Wednesday set aside to do absolutely nothing... Maybe some video games 😄
ALL OF IT YAAAAAASSSSSS!!!! Everything Y60 is AWESOME!!!
Bought the y60 because of Paul’s coverage ! D5 pump all the way
That Y60 dual system with the nuc is really cool. I'd love to see something like that on the market. That's the most reasonably sized dual system I've seen.
I like that screen for the case. Very cool and could be very useful.
I like both the distro plate and the LCD, so the perfect product for me would be a combination of both. And then the one software for both displaying the pump RPM, water temp etc. as well as manage the pump speed based on different input would be awsome.
Loooove the Y60! Really interested in the desk pad. And id certainly consider the distros (and caps) when I upgrade. Thanks for sharing these!
XD
A floor distro plate would be nice too, that way we can use the LCD still in the corner panel
ordered the LCD kit yesterday. I didnt know the kit doesnt have the mounting bracket or i wouldnt have ordered it.. you would think if they sell the panel as an accessory for their own case they would sell the complete kit. Also I hope the software to use the screen is ready when it arrives. seem they rushed to show off and do not have all their ducks in a row for the option. love the water distro plate and display. The second computer in the case would be awesome.
Thank you Paul!
I would be sold on the idea of the screen if they sold it with a part to put it in.
I believe it's 120 just for it and the parts that they put with it, I got the Hakos Baelz HYTE Y60.
Don't know really anything about her but I thought the case look cool.
Love these video. What size are those shark bite fittings. ?
Yeah you got some vtuber watchers. Embrace the time girl Kronii on your PC case.
That looks awesome, expect my case is under the desk out of sight...
Man, cases and internal layouts this year are insane! There is going to be some awesome builds from people. The top down gpu mounts (for the bigger cards) and vertical mount water cooled gpus is a trend this year for sure. That case with the vertical mount mobo and gpu was pretty dope

Inb4 a bunch of people saying "my ibuy system works great". My friends, a car can still run with 20 warning lights.
that dual pc setup for the y60 would be great for streamers. just need a way to control the 2nd pc with a single m&k on a second monitor
Would like to see an itx plate that goes in place of the hdd rack in the y60/y70
I'm immediately thinking of using the display panel & the the distro plate in conjunction with the shark bite fittings .....
That lighting has a certain, Oompa Loompa vibe.
I would love details on how to order both
That 4090 is right against the glass in that case. They should make a mesh panel for that. Or maybe a hybrid mesh bottom part and glass upper part.
The corner display is an awesome idea though i love it.
just got the hyte y60 case…. i NEED that screen
The Y60 add-ons look great
Love the new builds Paul.particularly the lcd displays for Tower fronts they are very yousful and look fantastic
The dual system concept seems really nice
Why not Both? Flat res on the side and screen in the middle. :)
Love the LCD panel
Dual PC with NUC is awesome and makes perfect sense.
Slim jims and hotdog test the hose connectors. No injuries, and let's be honest there's no way these will break a bone, so no need to go all out.
the y60 lcd would be a reason to make that my next case
Eyyy, Kronii case, and Baelz case
LCD panel is cool. wtf were they thinking about PTC fittings though? you're going to need to maintain your pc at some point. Was there a release tool?
Love that LCD display! Gimme!
doing a new build can't decide to ether use a Lian li 011 Mini or a Y60/Y40 case
Sticking fingers in those fittings is the first thing that came to my mind. lol
Those Hyte quick fittings are cool, I wonder if they'll have them in white. If not the black would still go with my color combinations. I've been curious about giving my hand a go at doing a custom water loop in the future. I tried to use Corsairs loop configurator on their website and it's absolutely useless. So it looks like it's up to me to shop around for water cooling parts when the time comes. :)
People with kids know lots about Vtubers. It's the next gen version of "We're too old to understand"
My Y60 needs that edge display!
3:10 that's a cute and funny case there.
Cheesed to see it
Seeing great stuff from CES so far but the best thing I've seen is the new stuff from Phanteks... absolutely insane.
That LCD panel on the case is genius
And that second system in the back of the Hyte Y60 is also genius and probably exactly what I need. I was just gonna use old parts to build a second system in a case that could fit two systems, but this’ll do nicely.
00:51 How is that graphics card getting enough air to the fans ???
Oh, is the graphics card water cooled ?
hyte case with LCD screen. Yes!
That display is making me rethink the O11 Mini as my next case. I wanted to go smaller form factor... But damn, that looks so sick
That nuc dual PC should be developed further. Very cool idea
I thought they dropped the angled corner and went for the box shape.
My feedback. They should make a kit that lets you replace the bottom of the Y60 and add feet to the back so you can place it glass up. I would consider making a living room pc with this case instead of using a silverstone if they did.
Also, I like the dual pc concept idea.
6:27 Paul just straight up ignored that gawdy $400 HYTE RGB Mech keyboard and just talked about a giant mousepad hahaha
They give you the screen but no mounting solution? That just sounds like they are trying to inflate costs
I'm really looking forward to Hyte expanding into different areas of the market.
Wow you are awesome your video just answered all my questions i wanted to see how the Zotac 4090 would fit in that case
I need Hyte to make mesh panels for the Revolt 3
Maybe have that Nuc so it draws air from the other side... though there is no openings for air for the Nuc. Are the temps ok?
6:06 is that possible to put elgato elsewhere using an extension? If so what kind of extension? Thanks!
Why yes, I do watch the vtubers and I am in fact subscribed to Kronii. It's a cool case
120 bucks for LCD kit with no mounting solution included... dope. Should definitely change that Hyte.
6:30 What keyboard is that?!?!?!?!
That distro plate is cool!
Want!
That LCD panel looks 👌 🔥
1:35 "A distro plate, all the rage, they are even functional sometimes even...." I choked laughing so hard at that.
im hoping for a regular mid tower, maybe even full tower from hyte. then ill be switching cases for my next build.
That LCD looks pretty cool. I do hope Hyte open sources its RGB hardware and makes it compatible with OpenRGB.
D5 for distro with SATA power connector.
