Pathway Of Teardrops - Boone Creek

Boone Creek fans! Here's another video cut for you, from the 1977 Kentucky Educational Television (KET) show "Bluegrass Bluegrass." This number - written by Wayne P. Walker, Webb Pierce, and June Hazlewood - features a fine trio vocal on "Pathway of Teardrops," which the Osborne Brothers and others have done so well as a bluegrass showpiece. Boone Creek's vocal ending is as good as any I've heard, meeting (in my opinion) the very high standard set by the Osborne Brothers.
Boone Creek featured Ricky Skaggs (mandolin/fiddle); Wes Golding (guitar); Terry Baucom (banjo); Jerry Douglas (dobro); and Steve Bryant (elec. bass).

Vince Gill was once in this band,sure would like to hear some of that.He wasn't in it too long.
