    Hi Bernie
    I am a 60 yr old 14HC played for many years I play with ping eye 2 clubs with original steel shafts Do you think it would be possible to change shafts to graphite lighter shafts to help with my slow swing speed (130mph ball speed with driver) I love my Ping eye 2 and though this would be a cheaper option than buying newer clubs
    Love your channel keep it going

    • @berniebarnesgolf
      @berniebarnesgolf  ปีที่แล้ว +5

      The issue you have Steve is the swing weight will be messed up if you change from steel to graphite. The steel headed iron will be lighter then required. A graphite shafted iron will have a heavier weighted head generally. You would be better to buy a second hand set of irons in a light graphite, try them out, if they work keep them, if not sell them on and you won’t lose much money. Hope that helps.
