You're right, these are great vocals. It sounds like he doesn't even have to try very hard. He's just a natural. No 'Bwa, Bwa, bwaaah', acting hard and pissed off, bullshit. No over-egging the pudding. Just right.
Correct. They said so, themselves, on Brooklyn Vegan. I think they have a stripped back, spartan, vibe that's all of their own, though. Vocals, drums, everything great!
Love it, the guitar and bass tones are very good. It’s a nice change of pace from the super tight low-end phobia of « modern » metal. Live they must be pushing some air.
I legit thought this would be more boring rehashed nu-metal/hardcore crap that I can't stand. And god damnit was I proven wrong. The Bolt Thrower is strong with this one! Fucking great! Straight forward death metal.
