Some was. Plus, not far from where the Halifax bank is now, there was underground toilets. Traffic use to go down Victoria Street including buses at one time. I have even got some 8mm film of cars driving up Victoia Street. Not too good quality thou.
Tony and I used to go out on Sundays and sometimes during the week. It's a pity the transfer equipment wasn't better when it was transferred to DVD. But I still have the film, and it's as good today as when it was taken. So in time I will get it done again.
