It's the standard, which is about 3.5'x4'. If you want a mat that you can lay on and cover your whole body go jumbo 👍 it's still very portable, but provides a good amount of room.
At 3:14, you say that the mat caused rope discoloration. Is that the Elite mat? It seems to be problematic. That is, maybe the mat would blacken other ropes, shoes, people/clothes laying on it, etc.
Have only had the issue with the heavy rope due to the increased impact and friction. I have done many bodyweight workouts on the mat and have experienced no color coming off on me, clothing or anything else. This includes lying down between uses of the heavy rope. Don't let that discourage you from getting one if you need a good mat🤙 Keep in mind that I also use the heavy rope at a higher level than most.
I wonder if they make all kinds of weights i have every single set from crossrope and i have destroyed many of them just getting ready to give up on them they are pricey.
@@Jump15official I actually bought it from Amazon because the shipping was a fraction of the cost. But I tell you what, great recommendation ! The smoothest rope I've ever used and it's a great workout.
That tip at 2:10 to NOT remove the screws completely is worthy of a 👍++ all by itself! Thanks.
Haha for sure! Looked for the one I dropped for like 10 minutes on my hands and knees 🤦🤣
Those are called set screws! Another thing you can do is have a magnet handy
Love weighted ropes! Will have to check this out.
At 3:25, are you using the Elite Jumps Standard or Jumbo size mat? If the former, do you believe it long enough for most uses?

👍 I love when companies stand behind their products. It shows how much they believe in it.

This is the heaviest they have at this point. I know they have another Muay Thai rope that is 1lb and under after sizing.
@@Jump15official I wish they would do several weights in this type of rope I wanna switch to a brand that can supply me all the weighted ropes I need.
@@screamofitness I will pass that along!
Can’t you just buy replacement rope for cheap on cross rope? There is no way you need to buy another set
@@gab5012 handles I have worn out ropes last me forever
