Thank you for all the positive comments there my friend, it's a bit of a solitary hobby at times, yet when making a video, it feels like you are inviting every one along for the day. More vids to come for sure..
Thank you Gav, I have missed making them and getting out to the river. I needed to focus on the cycling ones for a while but for the foreseeable future I am at the river.👍
Cheers Ranger D. I have had quite a few trips out to the rivers so far this year. I've found nothing epic or spectacular, but it's great to give it a go and to try and tell the story after...
Hi Mark, I am getting to know this area a bit better now, it does give the odd larger piece every now and then but it has been worked over hundred's of years
Great video, as always, and it's good to see you back . I met Lee this weekend at the gold panning champs in Wanlockhead , top bloke he even signed my book for me 👍
That looked like a a good bit of gold, especially the way the price is going these days (and the price outlook). The lustre of gold takes you to wonderful places, no coincidence there. Enjoyed and I learnt quite a bit whilst watching.
Thanks, it was a typical day at this spot. Some people can struggle to find a spec near by ! And yes, it's all about learning. I try to research about the area and then explain it in simple terms. I can't pronounce half of the words when it comes to geology 🙂
Hello Nugget Ninja, I watched a few of your videos last night and enjoyed them. They flow really well. Sniping can pay off big time if you find a good spot. So best of luck with your adventures. There's plenty of gold rich ground to be found , never too far away either up where you are. 👍
@@MrDazP1adv3ntures thanks Daz for your support too, i appreciate the feedback on my content! I remember watching your videos last year on another account, I’m fairly new to the prospecting game. Really enjoying it though. I’m trying to think out of the box and explore areas where people might not of been and where I think gold could be, if that means walking 2 hours to a location I’ll do it. New video coming this Friday!
That is what it's all about, I noticed you walked a long way through the forest on your latest video and you definitely have the passion and desire to get out there and find the locations. Have you looked at "Geology of Britain viewer" on a google search. It might help with your research ....I'm not sure if I subbed you last night but will pop over now and check 👍

Hi Peter, I do enjoy prospecting a river where there isn't supposed to be any gold, it's not always worthy of making a video about but it definitely keeps you on your toes and super vigilant at everything in your pan.
