That was possibly the best half-tack play in the history of COH. Well done! GG. Glad it survived despite the odd pathing choice at 3:05. Probably due to the new pathing feature.
Great game, great job keeping your composure. Makes it even better that you're able to think allowed. Great way for others to learn. Even better to watch.
Its crazy how strong dak is at early and mid game, as a result you always have the upper hand and the opponent has to always counter your movements, the buff to 250s is hilarious
Seeing a vet3 250 drive off elite infantry brings a tear to my eye. After months of mainline blobs dominating everything it's so great to see lighter vehicles get some love.
The 250s can still be countered effectively but mainline infantry in green cover. Especially as multiple squads come together, with a slight spread in cover and can hit the weak side/rear armour. Leap frog from green cover to green cover and you'll force them to repair.
@leuterisarapoglou3745 all this other player had to do was build some bazookas or rebuild the m3 after he got unlucky with the first one. With its new buff it can beat a 250 easy. The AT one can also counter the flak well (which this player was doing until he lost it).
Incredible game. I love this patch. I've been asking for suppression at high vet for halftracks since the CoH2 days as a way for them to keep up with infantry scaling and relic finally actually did it. It's funny because CoH1 actually dabbled in this a bit with the 251 and 221 and I've been waiting for it to come back. I just hope they add it to the base 251 and m3 at vet3 as well although at least they finally got their MGs buffed. But I agree the 250 is one of the best units they've ever designed and DaK is easily the most interesting faction. I just really like watching your videos because you seem to approach games the same way I do, really looking through all the finer details and trying to come up with a distinct playstyle rather than just chasing the meta. My issue is I'm a lifelong controller pleb so I have to experience high level RTS vicariously through you and tightrope lol. Keep it up!!!
I can only play a few DAK games back to back before I rest them. DAK micro can be intense! My average APM this game was 55 according to coh3stats website.
I am very happy with the current update and like the policy that Relic has chosen. Although many players in the CIS do not like the third part, preferring the previous one because of the greater amount of content, it seems to me that Relic balances well and improves the mechanics and feel of the game by creating a solid foundation. This is much better than ignoring the balance and the terrible feeling of playing corners to new doctrines and units that will only spoil everything without proper polishing. I am sure that at this rate it will soon be possible to smoothly move from the final vision of the game and take up new content. That's when online will be both high and stable. What CoH 3 - blobs are being scolded for is being actively corrected, this can be seen with the nerf of guns, an increase in the price of infantry replenishment and increased suppression of machine guns.
The Flakvierlibg seem underwhelming compared to its real-world counterpart (which I have only observed in saving private Ryan) edit: that is only a “single-child” 20mm in the movie I think
New patch, new Stephenn video. Life is good right now.

Aside from a few minor things i feel this game is really hitting a sweet spot. I love coh3. Cheers on the great gameplay and production.
It's been a pleasure putting together these CoH3 videos for the community. It's really great this patch!
@ I agree. Awesome patch.
Perfect micro, very entertaining to watch.

Thanks, glad you enjoyed it! I'm happy found the composure to salvage after the tank train wreck :D

@jackobrien47 yeah but only in axis side ;p and the most spam infantry blops are bersas

@@StephennJF that is exactly what I mentioned, you always have to counter because axis is a step ahead with the current meta

It's a great addition the suppression on the 250 Halftracks at vet3! Keep up the off meta play Jack! :)
great play man
Always glad to see a video of yours, your commentary is very informative and entertaining
I'm glad you enjoy the content! :)

Happy to hear I'm helping your CoH learning! :)
New vet changes too great.
Nice game, really intense. Well played Stephen!
your fingers must be on fire after each game.amazing micro

That was awesome!
Great video! But where are the commandos? Jk, I'd watch any gameplay you put out. Keep up the good work!
Commandos and Paratroopers are next on my test list! :)
DAK stings and unpredictable, they're becoming more and more like goblin
"Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee" :)

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I agree the game is improving and hopefully as it does people will hold it in as good regard as CoH1 & CoH2 :)
@StephennJF Thank you for making cool videos and reading the comments. I especially love your positive attitude, even in stalemate situations ; p
I guess 1 Tiger for 3 hellcat is worthy?
As he says in the video, the fact he got to salvage the wrecks saved him
Lucky my opponent didn't rush in the Sherman here and crush the wrecks. Otherwise I would of been in a losing position.

That flak gun did crazy damage in Saving Private Ryan!
