It's really inspiring to see how creative all these ordinary people are in making beautiful and useful spaces on a modest scale.
Smokey mountains is the place to be if you enjoy cabins and privacy. Anytime of the year is magical. I have my cabin maybe 30 miles away and have a wrap around deck. Rocking chairs, swings and plenty of flowers make my place home. I live on 10 acres. I have sheep,chickens, 2 dogs 2 cats and a yorkey. Plenty of deer, turkey and other out door visitors. Bear have been seen but I do not care for the coyotes. I have been blessed and would not trade my life for hollywood at any price. The pandamic and isolation has brought me just alittle closer to god I must say. I thank him for all of my blessings. Life is good. Stay safe ya-all.

I must say! there isn't a thing i would change about this cabin. I can't wait to show this to my wife! It's the most sensible , and well thought out floor plan I've seen. Heck! I even love the land it sits on. JUST AWESOME!!!

The only thing I'd change is the teardrop shaped mirror in the bathroom; to me, it clashes with the minimalist white tile around it.

Just beautiful! My only addition would be a fireplace and a closet for a stackable washer/dryer. Everything else, including the exterior/interior color is exactly what I want.

Beautiful. Looks professionally decorated. Everything about it was done in good taste from the green exterior paint with brown trim to the darker green doors and black metal fixtures and hardware. Whitewashing the inside of a cabin was genius!
I watched this video many times over the last couple years. I think it is the simplicity of the home that makes me love it so much. I love the outside as much as the inside.

My sister lives in my grandparents' house in the woods. This is the look I want with the metal roof and long covered porch.
I have a tin roof, and can't recommend it, enough! One feels SO cozy, listening to the rain. You can tell, immediately, when the rain starts, too. Plus, the roof will last you your lifetime! All Pros, no Cons!

I would love to live there and get out of the city, l like the floor plan, l also always love the kitchen sink near a window just to be looking outside while doing dishes, the only change would be the front steps and porch have screened all around to keep bugs and snakes out

yes I like a lot of the use of space... for me I would like to see a old style claw tube with shower--- I love all the light, and wonder on the style and expense of windows installed to keep out cold. Tennesssee does have winters... porch is great. I cannot do a swinging bed though. I never got my sea legs. for 500 sq feet. a lot of WOW

I could be really comfortable in a place like this. I liked the fact that the microwave was up on the wall. The shower was plenty big and spacious. I loved that hanging bed on the porch and the size of the porch.

This cabin is located in Leipers Fork, TN and is a vacation rental property or at least was in 2015. Not sure about currently. I love it myself!!!

Another favorite foy me love the little ranchito feel of the porch. Amazing kitchen. Loft bedroom is high and I can't say enough about my love for a big full bath! Nice overall. Would be excellent in a country setting with trees and a bit of privacy. Nice.

Does it strike anyone as peculiar that they always have tiny or cozy in the description of the videos but when they show the interior of the property it morphs into this spacious area anyone would be lucky to have such a place to stay. I know some of it is lighting and the angle of the shot but I believe it is mostly not tiny!
It has a couple of additions on the side and back, so it's not really tiny. But very nice and cozy.

yeah this is at least 800 sf, not tiny. It can still be cozy because that word is subjective but 'tiny house' is defined by objective numbers.
