Just want to share some reviews of the stuff I recently got. Phenom bag mitts: my new favourite bag glove . Amazing feedback, super satisfying pop, and with wraps, just enough protection. All leather construction feels very solid and premium. Geezers hammer 2.0 16oz Velcro: nice multilayer padding. great for both sparring and feels solid enough for bag. A little snug at first, but after 2 weeks feels a lot better. They are more on the bulky side. Stitching in some places is not the cleanest, but for the price with discount it’s really good value. Leather nothing fancy but enough. Adidas speedex ultra boots: only tried them in store, but already I think that I like them more than hyperKOs 2.0. Nice lightweight construction, great grip and support + more comfort on the outside toes part of the shoe comparing to Nike huperKo 2.0. They will be for sure my next go to boxing boot.
Between this 9round gloves and Everlast Elite, which one do you recommend? In my country we don’t have many options. Or an option that you recommend in amazon US for women, I will start 9round but I want a good option and more design. 😅
These are Def just for training drills, my first pair lasted 2 yrs until the fist/finger foam split in half , as you drill your also doing push ups and other exercises that these aren't designed for,I like to lay into the bags with power shots so that's excess stress as well, they do offer a premium leather glove as well but pricey, those may last longer but for what I use these for they will do the job.
Yo man i got a question: I am a 14 year old boxer that is 6ft and 180 pounds and i was thinking about buying a 300 pound heavy bag because i heard that it improve your power/strength and bone density. Also Mike Tyson and Rocky Marciano used it. What is your opinion on it?
I worked at 9Rounds. The gloves are booboo. As far as learning boxing there, it's hit or miss. Our franchise mostly came up with our own combination and did a lot more mitt work than recommendation. I've seen these being used by TH-camrs in street boxing videos smh

For sure
You should check out the LMF speed bag swivel.
👍🏼🥊
I'm not sure if it's just the 9rounds local to me but when signing up there, you have to use/buy their gloves. I don't agree with that one bit haha
Hate that policy
