That exhaust piece is definitely what's left of a muffler. The wording on it said "Inlet". Which means the side of the muffler that comes from the engine. Some mufflers can be placed in either direction, but many have an inlet and outlet side to make sure it muffles the exhaust sound properly, and to not cause any extra back pressure. That first piece that you got the mag stuck on, could be a cut off piece for a bridge or maybe even the docks. Maybe even part of a building. Something that has to support a LOT of weight and/or stress.
I have commented this on a dif magnet fishers vid. And I will do it again. Not only are magnet fishers cleaning water sources, their helping find clues, solving cases, etc. So thank you to you and all other magnet fishers for cleaning the water! I am 13 in dec, and I kinda wish to do this when I’m older!
I pulled a coinbox from a dryer out the river yesterday and the junkyard is only paying ten bucks for catalytic converters because theft of them is high! That long cord was an ignition I bet. There must be a car down there lol!

I’ve been binge watching your videos and can’t get tired of your excitement! I’ve never heard of or seen anyone magnet fishing any of the rivers or lakes I actually fish. I’ll definitely be getting a magnet kit and hopefully have first crack at all of these bodies of water near me.

Make sure your rope is as strong as your magnet, get a come along from harbor freight for those times when you really get stuck, be careful and pay attention to bridge construction (metal), and don't give up! Happy Hunting!

#6, the cable with metal sheathing, looks like a speedometer cable- old school type for a mechanical speedometer.#7 definitely Casa De Clams. #1 is just a short piece of angle iron.

You should find dunes of sand and drag a magnet along the sand it will earn you a surprising amount of scrap especially places where people are at mostly during the day

You really should take your collection of rocks to someone who can determine if they are magnetite or meteorite. Industrial drain cover with what appears to be a part of a car frame with the Zebra Muscles. While Zebra Muscles are edible, they accumulate pollutants and toxins so are unsafe to eat. Keep fishing that spot, you may eventually get the rest of that car.
