Its the 75th Anniversary of NASCAR that's why.
This is for the previous car that ran from 2013 through 2021. For the Gen 7 car that NASCAR ran this season, the entire body is made out of Carbon Fiber Composite. As observed throughout the 2022 Cup Series Season, this new Carbon Fiber body, though lighter, is much sturdier than the sheet steel body of it’s predecessor, allowing for more of that “rubbin’s racin’” mentality compared to last season.

It sucks that Nascar doesn't allow different modifications to the car so each car would be unique and better in something than others.

Depends entirely on what car and what track. If its Oval no matter what a Top Nascar driver will win. If its a road course more than likely it will be an F1 driver but Nascar has really good road course guys too. Depends on the car

@@tstuff1213 you sound biased to Nascar. F1 drivers are used to higher G turns with incredible reaction times. Hardly comparable to a nascar driver. It's not "more than likely" for an F1 driver. It's a sure fact.
