    Wow!! You are so knowledgeable. You know about so many new mom recipe. Why don't you do a post pregnancy(bananthi) series where you covering all lehyas, diet etc from day 1 to 3-6 months at least. Many viewers will be benefitted by your knowledge. Keep up your good job👍

      You can consume 2 to 3 tbsp daily. In my home as soon as we get up early morning 5am or 6 am, we had to eat this.

      @@EasyHomeopathy Yes after 40 days. You can consume it for long term. No issues. But as this is made up of ashgourd, shelf life is less.

    REALLY FANTASTIC i am 56years old diabetic i am very thin . if i take this can i waight gain and slight stout.i am diabetic. kindlt suggest.J

      Sorry I don't know whether it helps in weight gain, this is basically nursing mother food.

      After 40 days, it is normally consumed early morning. Around 1/4 to 1/2 cup of this lehya can be consumed.

      A week, maximum 15 day. Either refrigerate or keep warming it up for longer shelf life

      Not exactly, since in most postpartum recipes lots of ghee is used, moms gain weight.

      Outside it won't stay longer. You can keep in fridge and warm it up before giving to new mom.
