Some verbs just have a "się", it doesn't really have a meaning, though sometimes it means "myself"/"yourself"/etc., and sometimes it differentiates between things like "I broke the computer" and "The computer broke" that is "Zepsułem komputer" and "Komputer się zepsuł", but sometimes it is just a part of the verb and leaving it off doesn't change the meaning, just is ungrammatical like the "zgadzać się". Similar like in english the "it" in "it rains" doesn't mean anything, and yet saying just "rains" doesn't work.
