Almost all same story happend with me 2-3months back..i was travelling from Panvel Navi mumbai to Goregaon. by Panvel- Dahanu rd Memu train. I had with my Macbook. I got down at Vasai Rd. to catch a next local toward Goregaon.. But after 15mnts i remember that i left my Laptop inside train.. I had no idea what i have to do.. Train left.. Vasai Rd is new to me.. Rush to nearby RPF and they suggest me to meet station master.. i met with him.. he called police control room and they asked me which coach which side, i was sitting and all detail.. Somehow i manage to say everything.. i was quite nervous. I was waited for 1hr there. control room called again and said GRP found my laptop bag in Boisar.. waaaoooo.. i was so happy.. GRP guided me how to reach Boisar stn.Somehow reached there by mid night. Boisar GRP was waited for me and then took my all detail and returned back my Laptop. Many many thanks to Boisar GRP and Indian railway. salute.. Jai hind

Easiest way is to call 182. RPF Helpline. They'll immediately call the next or relevant station and the on duty RPF would pick up ur lost material from the spot. I had lost my bag with an umbrella at Ghatkopar station, remembered just as the train left. I called the helpline and they picked up my bag from the said bogie at Dadar station. Very easy.. :)
मैं दिल्ली से गया जंक्शन आ रहा था टॉयलट और वाशबेसिन बहुत ही गन्दा था जिसको देखना भी मुश्किल था। तो मैंने ऑनलाइन कंप्लेन किया 20 घंटे ऐसे ही गुजारा कोई आया नहीं। जब मैं घर पर आया तो मैसेज आता है "आपको अटेंड किया गया है और आपकी कंप्लेन क्लॉज की जाती है"😀😀
यहां 2 मिनट की बात कर रहे है।😀😀

all the complaints are replied with in 2 minutes.
one pantry car employees were charging 120 rs for standard meal but the actual rate is rs50.
so i tweeted to @railminindia about this.
i was shocked, within 2 minutes they replied me back and ask me for my PNR no & after giving that within 10 minutes the pantry car manager personally came to me & feel sorry.
damn what the wonderful moment was that.

It is true that there are a LOT of problems yet but the fact is rail travel is getting less problematic day by day. We can't expect 100% of the issues to be solved, we don't live in a utopia!

On 22 november 2018 I was travelling from pratapgah to mumbai and there was issue in the coach of the charging point and it was off so I contact the conductor in the railway name mr.yadav after that in front of me he informed the mechaninc on the coming station which was after bhopal and the train name was udyognagri and after reaching the next stop in five min the charging point started working
I have request to indian railway please extend the train no 15125 kashi patna janshatabdi express upto barauni junction
The coaches are still empty upto patna
And it stand 5 hrs in yard of patna at that time this travel to barauni and returned to patna then varanasi
There no any direct train from bsb to bju please do it
its a humble request not i am only who want this every citizens who they living in varanasi of begusarai they dont have any option

Since last five days I am trying to book tatkal ticket but app as well as irctc website stops working at 10 AM and 11 AM for two minutes and after that tickets is in waitlist as usual.
Now they are trying to run bullet train and people is not able to get slepper tickets.
And they are investing thousands crore in bullet train.
