This short film is an attempt to educate the family members of Railway Loco Pilot for providing peaceful environment at home so that he can concentrate on his work.
I am a loco pilot at Indian Railways I always take proper rest and ready with happiness and peace for my duty.. I am so lucky that I serve the people 🚂🚞

Now tell me one thing.... If wife of loco pilot is also working and she doesn't have time to take care of him then what should a loco pilot do for the piece of mind ?? .... You cannot get piece of mind by the work of your servant at home... Everything is not as smooth and prosperous as shown in this video... To get rest time and good food is not the ultimate peace of mind... Loco pilots are also human being and they also want to enjoy free time with their families... They also want to feel the zeal of festivals with their children... They want to use their holiday and other leaves but most of the time they are denied to use it... What's about the situation where the family members of a loco pilot is in medical emergency they want not only financial but also moral support from him and want him to stay with them in emergency. Not only medical emergency, there are lots of social aspects where a loco pilot, as a human being, must make there presence. Last but not the least, go and plz take a look at the facilities provided to a loco pilot... In reality, Railway type 2 quarters are in pathetic conditions and that's why they often decide not to stay in Railway quarters ...
Bhai agar koi crew underrest hoto wo apne lobby incharge se bol sakta hai ki aaj meri tabiyat kharab hai main duty nhi aa sakta , lekin usey ye apni train k time se kam se kam 4 ghante pehle batana padega. Kyuki us train ko chalane k liye jis bhi dusre loco pilot ko bulaya jayega usey 2 se 3 ghanata pehle batana padega.

Not only locopilots but in every field everyone has some responsibilities...Even the bus drivers,the cab or taxi drivers and thought it is a government job but in other cases u can get fired any time..so I mean what the message you guys wanna portray...and how people could appreciate such idiotic nonsense videos...😡😡😡 Highly disappointed..
