    I just started WW I am starting the diet. I need to get a food plan down. I am starting to plan before I get going. September 1, 2021 is the day I got on the program. Now comes the work. I need to lose 40 pounds. I know it’s a long road ahead of me. These videos are going to help me big time. So thank you 🙏.

      Planning first is such a good idea. It can be very overwhelming in the beginning. It helps that you label stuff too, right on the box! I always kept a journal close too. I would write down the item, how much and the points in case I was not into getting out the app. Cheers!

    Oh my gosh I am on WW too. Yesterday i had set in my mind that i was going to cut out sugar for this next month. I did good yesterday but slept terrible last night and have a bad headach this morning. Anyways i just got on here and saw your video in my feed. Just by the title i was excited to hear your thoughts on it. I haven't seen your previuis video but expect my next few days to be crumby. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing!

      Hi! Good question. It is for gut health, maintain blood sugar levels and helps reduce bloat.
      The gummies are pretty good too!

      I don’t. I wish I had more photos of when I was at my heaviest in 2010, but I avoided the camera at all costs.
      I feel so much better eating “cleaner” with less processed foods.
