I got to Veteran for first time just only playing 3 seasons. The team I used in the Spring Cup was Magcargo (with Incinerate), Shadow Donphan and Noctowl
If you're close just hard counter this team. It's all over. I got to 2850 with one team and them changed it to hard counter this one and made it to 3100 without even playing all the sets.
@@VinceHHT I don't know, every time I switch teams according to what I see, I tend to lose more. The meta evolves so fast in limited cups, so your team might still be great against those who counters the meta. Congrats for legend though. I peaked at 2940 yesterday, but got back in the mid '800. Not too bad because I was in ace like a week ago, I played so little this season. We'll see how it goes now..
Personally for me, I've been running gourgeist but with razor leaf, foul play, fire blast. Fully cover the vigoroth matchup and just razor down completely. No one ever sees fire blast coming and razor leaf does all the damage seed bomb would do anyway, might as well get some neutral coverage. Sucks tho cuz I don't really push for legend anymore as the game has been so unmotivating and stale for how many seasons long already. It's hard to find fun in it anymore
this team only works if the oponent has a vigoroth in the back. Very weak to vigoroth and swampert in the lead, and doble fire or doble flying in the back
Thanks Purple Kyogre. I was always locked at Ace rank in all seasons. Trying this team I finally reached Veteran for the first time ever. I have a long path to try to reach expert and legend. Maybe,... one day 😅
I battled you and lost in the gbl day, double grass was very hard for me to deal, my only possible win condition was keep the flyer by waiting the clock but decidueye faints to quick, its is possible to do it with tropius, but i was totally not expecting a double grass/ghost.
Thank SO MUCH for making this video. I was running Vigoroth with Gliscor and Noctowl. Thanks to this video, I was able to feast on many people running your team. Overall, went up almost 200 points today. 2694 points. I never got beyond 2550 until today.
i HATE GBL and I hate tanking Legends who have gatekept me from hitting Veteran. I started today at 2440 and now am well below 2200. Thanks selfish Legend players. You hit your goal and ruin the dreams of others who are struggling to hit theirs like myself of Veteran
We all have good days and bad days in GBL, seems today was a bad day for you. Don't let it affect you too negatively, it's just a game in the end and not worth getting stressed/upset over.

Yeah, things are absolutely thick with things that resist grass right now. I don't think it's going to hold up right now.

I say this as someone who reaches legend every season. If I face a non legend opponent after tanking below 3000 elo I just give them the win

Smallest Gourgeist has highest defense but super size has highest hp

I started at 2440 and ended at 2183. 9 points below my starting ELO. I suck at this and always will

the battles are made up the 3rd battle opponent could have switched immedietely to tropius but he wasted some health of his vigoroth
