- F-Zero The Legend of Falcon Lap 25 - Super Substance Reactor Might! [Subbed]. In celebration of the 9th anniversary of the anime, I decided to sub the show with my friend Zedopp. We weren't too sure about some of the names, so they may not be entirely correct, but everything else should be fairly close to the original.

These episodes with Samurai Goroh are always awesome.
For some reason I like Samurai Goroh. He may be a pirate but he really shows loyalty and respect to the people he likes.
He's basically Space Goemon.
I really like this version of Samurai Goro. His game version is more of a loud, angry meathead. Here's he's a level headed, modern samurai.
That's how I feel about most characters in this show. I greatly prefer the show's version of these characters compared to the game's.

Goroh is God damn badass in this show.
For some reason Samurai Goroh reminds me of Boba Fett, except the fact this guy wasn't eaten by a sand worm. lol
More like a plant, I think.
Or a jobber for that matter. Hey that's a big plus on my book, unlike a certain cowboy I know.
Good continuity like this really brings up the show's quality level.

Also if Ryu is only just waking up at 19:00, who was driving the Dragon Bird before?
That goes to show you how much influence and control his gang has over the city.

It's so great watching these episodes many years later not only after they were released but uploaded.
Played F-Zero X and GX a lot when they both came out, and plenty more since.
Knew this existed bit didn't think it would be all that great.
How wrong I was!
I assume this is "season 2" or some such thing because it seems like the production quality has gone up, it must have got good recognition for how good it was and they upped the budget, and rightfully so!
I loved how they softened us up with a bunch of almost "chill" episodes over the last 10 or so, and then come out swinging with the story here.
Masterful!
Got into F-zero last year and played the og and GX quite a lot and yes, the anime was beter then expected :D
It really took off after like episode 20, the first few episodes were kinda rough, but I'm in for the rest now :)

@@cecillewolters1995 After epsiode 2, the quality was up and down, but it became more consistently good starting with episode 10.

Goroh gets shot like 6 times and he can carry Ryu, okay.

He's a Samouraï. They can do stuff like that in Anime.
In fairness, Zoda survived an explosive device that took out a weather machine without scarring and Captain Falcon took a rocket to the chest and didn't even flinch, so that's actually not that impressive compared to other things that happen in this show.
And the townspeople are like "ples stahp leaving so often"

You can see why 4Kids wussed out after 15 episodes.

Goroh shows no weakness to the sunglasses, and in fear, they conform to his will despite being too small.
