Can you make a video on lubrication maps for DMN 5420? How does the oil flow or pump and where inside the machines? How to control oil in certain areas?
is it ok to leave the oil bypass hole cover closed on consew 7360? the oil pump is probably like many oil-pan, high speed, drop feed 301 stich machines. if anyone knows id appreciate it. the manual says normaly a little open and the screw is already striping slightly (i was kind and tried different screwdrivers, all new) and i dont see why i cant just leave the 'bypass' shut(makes sence to me). thanks

Speaking of, what do you think of the Consew 2206rb-14-7-dd? Wondering about the quality and serviceability since it has so many features. Didn't see this machine on your website, will you be carrying them?
Hi Steve! I think my JUKI DU-1181n has low oil pressure compared to my DDL-8700L. There are fewer drops in the 1181 viewing window than in the 8700. The pump impeller has no visible damage. Are my fears unfounded? Dmitry
I don’t see oil in the site glass, is there anything that should be cleaned out before thinking it’s the oil pump? Do you sell an oil repair kit for the Juki DDL 8700?

You will only see oil in the site glass at very high speeds.

I just bought an industrial sewing machine. It doesn't have a mesh on that pump area.
Would this work on juki DDL 5550 , I’m replacing the oil pump with a new one ?
It is very similar, so yes.
If your not sewing at high speeds, therefore not seeing oil in the glass bubble. How else can test if the oil pump is not working?
Run the machine at high speed every once in a while, to circulate the oil.
Thnx. If the pump is driven from that shaft that fits into that Teflon slot, it's not likely to fail, is it?
