He didn't "stop" the extreme magic attack as in tanking it. Mu didn't even have a chance to actually use it against him since the magic circle was canceled. If Alibaba tried to block it up close without Djinn equip, you can say goodbye to the other side of his torso.

For those who don't get what happened, Ali put his sword(Anon) in the spot Muu was going to swing to do his attack. If he kept going, it would have melted touching Ali's sword bc he has a fire djinn that basically melts anything. So, if he did the attack, Muu would have lost his djinn.

Armstrong Colney yes it does bring out the djinn’s full strength to do a full body equip, the reason alibaba was able to stop muu here though with only a partial equip is because muu couldn’t put his full strength behind the last blow (he was to low on magoi) and alibaba was focusing a ton of magoi into Amon’s sword with the threat of cutting the pentagram if muu didn’t pull back his attack (which would then cause muu to lose barbatos)

I could probably beat some unarmed people, but a trained fighter could beat me even with that sword. If you are in Full Djinn Equip your whole body gets stronger, so that you can actually use the weapon better. The difference in magoi is a factor, too, of course.

I've been thinking about this a lot so most of the Djinn are still extremely loyal to Solomon. Would they really allow their king vessel to kill a magi who is Solomon's son at that? I have a feeling the majority of the Djinns would just stop midway since killing Aladdin goes against their every principle except for a few who favor their king vessels.
