    This is a guided #meditation session specially designed for people who are dealing with #morningsickness , #cold, flu and it will help yu heal your body. Make sure you are settled for this session in a comfortable position where you won't be disturbed. DO NOT listen to this session while driving vehicle.
    The key to a successful meditation session is Moving your focus to your breath pattern whenever you find yourself distracted.
