I'm not religious myself but this is so beautiful so warm so amazing that no matter what Canadians are together and it feels so wonderful so united so unbelievable and fantastic.Emotions that Canadians have not felt for a very long time. We felt the same way when everyone in the world showed up for the truckers protest but Justin Trudeau put a stop on that like s tyrant
Crazy is thataway. THe truckers protest was a tiny number of people and the majority of canadians supported using the EMA to move trucks.
Those protesting of course were free to return the next weekend or any time after that. And didn't. Lets keep this sensible.

@@silversadie9342 Several polls were done, OVERWHELMINGLY canadians supported it, like 70%, which for any poll on an issue is just clear support.
It should be pointed out (to address your 'collective illusion') that a majority, only a slim majority, but a majority actually supported the BEGINNING of the protest in a poll by the same pollster.
Canadians have always had sympathy for protest, but typically that support wears thin pretty quickly.
Conservatives of course will damn it simply by reflex, forgetting that MOST provinces have conservative governments and most provinces had been under provincial Emergency Measures legislation for TWO YEARS. And unlike federally they didn't have to go through a minority government and a senate. It was just the party leader, who usually had no more support than Trudeau.
So your very much under the MINORITY 'collective illusion' of online conservatives who seem to think that because social media is mostly conservatives bitching about Trudeau that that is somehow universal. All you have to do is even look at the latest polls with the conservatives fourteen points ahead of the liberals. They did not actually gain much in the popular vote, liberal voters just switched to the NDP.
