Aldo messaged me if I was interested in filming his Eclipse that he had owned since he was 14, he is now 33. He worked on this car with his father and close friends over that time and it has been through many stages. This is the stage that he is most satisfied and happy with and I am extremely glad to be the first to capture it! Cars that played a huge roll in the upbringing of our automotive community are always a joy to capture. Whether you used this car in an early game of NFS or just admired it quirks and features I hope you enjoy this video!

I had a 1998 Eclipse RS with a sunroof and a manual transmission and I absolutely loved it. I had it sitting on 18 inch Giovanna Marenellos... Ok 17s, I kept em clean tho!
Clear taillights would look insane on this car. Surprised he hasn't done it yet, it would fit the build so well.

This thing looks sick, i'm not the biggest fan on the exhaust note personally but I could see it growing on me. maybe some pretty unequal length headers or resonators could spice it up a bit.
Same but at least it doesn't have that annoying sound of metal rubbing against the frame
unequal will make it sound super raspy. it would be terrible. plus it's a non turbo, so I mean i would do a resonated and catted exhaust. so it's not high pitched.

Back in the day when we saw one of those at the track everyone would gather around and get ready to see flying rods those things are underrated unreliable understeering underbuilt money pits capable of putting the owner ( mostly mopar peeps) in a trance-like state to spend their money just for that one pull to beat that Mustang and then back to the garage for 6 months I love these things

i remember in 2004 i bought my 1999 gs 10th ann edition 2g eclipse black on tan intr 5 spd manual. it was slow cause of that 420a engine @ 140 hp LMAO hella laughable now, but i didn't care that car was pulling more girls that i could personally lol good times good times. ill cherish all the memories from that car.
