Sriracha area in Chonburi has Japanese town. Chiangmai is another good option. Japanese restaurants and even Donki stores are popping up everywhere. You'll definitely feel like home.
The wallpaper on the walls of that room is really special, usually we only see it on the exterior walls of century-old buildings! This is the first time I’ve watched you laugh so loudly, and it’s also the first time I’ve watched you eat so happily. That restaurant is magical! But then I think about it, the real magic is you, I believe others will not get the same reception! Thank you for all your hard work in sharing all the beautiful and real things in this world with us! And thank you for sharing the first video of 2024. 👍🥰🙌🎈🎉
Bangkok just ranked the most visited city in the world for the year 2023. For me this is the most convenient place on earth. You can buy food 24 hours also easier now with the grab delivery. It's really safe to walk around at night. 7-Elevens are around the corners. Shopping malls are gigantic and has everything inside. I mean everything 😂 like restaurants, cafes, book stores, super market, food court, street food vendors, massage, movie theaters, ice skating, banking, and more. Tourists with all budgets can enjoy with the peace of mind that you're not going to hurt your wallets so much because Bangkok offers everything to everyone.
Agreed However the Sidewalks … are D ranked! Connectivity of Skywalks isn’t Encouraged! Those Tuk Tuk drivers Motorcycle taxi need to be proactive to pick up trash if they are doing nothing!
@Iceyfire12 I agree with you on the sidewalk issues but in recent years the government have been working on repairing it and have already completed new sidewalks in many business districts and also installed underground powerlines so far over 90 km around BKK. They should finish the project around 2028 when all of those powerlines will be removed and the sidewalks for the main roads will be renovated. I'm also following the development of Thailand's infrastructure projects and found this is one of the most exciting times of Thailand history right now. It's not an easy job because the old city infrastructure networks suck and some areas really have no hope of getting better. Some areas of sidewalks do not even exist with those street vendors. The only solutions they are discussing maybe the Skywalk like those at Emsphere because there's no way you can build a standard size of sidewalks in some areas. But it really depends on the next gov they will give the money to do it. That's why I give all credits to the previous Thai government, which worked their hearts out for adding more and more sky trains, modernizing Bangkok's crumbling infrastructure and improving the water quality of Bangkok's canals. Their effort is paying off right now.
@Iceyfire12 As for the trash pickup, it is up to Bangkok governor to do that. There are so many ways to solve the issue such as mobilizing small trash pickup trucks 24 hours to reach the narrow streets or installing cameras everywhere to fine illegal littering, etc, but I guess the governor is sleeping on the job. Well, because democracy isn't perfect.
@@nathalia7104 democracy doesn’t mean anything if it ends up like Ukraine! You can absolutely find good quality $30-$35/night places in Bangkok, IF you book / pay it a month in advance. I got a nice full apartment (500m from BTS, full fridge, kitchen, microwave, stoves, washing machine) via Booking (also on agoda, cheaper ofc, but i missed that lol) for about $33/night. NOTE: This of course includes the commonly applied "Long-stay discount". So not likely prices for spontanous quick stays. Now, of course you can get full apartment AirBnB's for $25-30 a night, and they're not all bad, some very highly rated spots too. It all comes down to how far in advance you book it. That's why i'm obsessively avoiding spontaneous bookings. This comment is more to set viewers minds at ease if they're planning a long vacation. You will NOT have to spend $40/night multiplied by 30 days to get a decent clean central place.
