@@weareone2854 I kinda prefer their earlier albums, the ones with the late Andre Matos on vocals. It's just my preference regarding the style of vocals. But music-wise, their skills are truly getting better and better over time.
ANGRA is the definition of "(G)old". The band had several members over the years, but all of them were/are top notch! You should also check their earlier songs with our forever loved singer, composer and maestro André Matos (RIP). He passed away in 2019, but his legacy will forever stand. ❤
I really really liked the bass player. His technique and tone reminded me a lot of Eugene from Jinjer. Great stuff. Very interesting! Shoot, another band I got to dive deeper? I need longer days....
Dude! I enjoy a lot this Angra reactions because makes us see how brazilian-s bands can be awesome! If you wanna see some good and old stuff from Angra watch "Carry on' with 1st singer, André and "Rebirth" with Edu, 2nd singer. I think you'll enjoy!
If you ever decide to do another Angra song, do an older one. I'm positive you'll love it, and will be mindblown by the rythyms and instruments used. Angra - The Shadow Hunter
Carry on, Temple of Hate, Nothing to Say, Make Believe, Heroes of Sand, Rebirth... just pick one and it will do. DO NOT listen to Carolina IV until you really are into Angra old stuff, because this song is too polarizing and even the band don't use to play it live (rarely played)... and, if so and you can, come to Brazil, some safe beach at night, after study some Brazilian History, listen to full Holy Land album and it will click, specially the last two songs (Deep Blue and Lullaby to Lucifer) that were made to close this conection. Cheers!
Yeahh, please dont listen Carolina IV kkkkk take a look into Wuthering Heights and Time too.. André Matos, the former vocalist is a absolutly beast! And the former guitar Kiko Loureiro was playing for megadeth, every musician that pass into Angra are extremly skillfull
ANGRA is simply one of the best power/progressive metal bands around right now.
I second this. Their album Temple of Shadows is one of my all time fav albums of all time.

I liked the bass line in this. It wasn't bad. Appreciate the reaction Brother.

Great react. Please react to Vidas Secas from the same album.
Liked the bass, not fan of the voice.
