    Translation : [ thank me later ]
    " Making an action movie is dangerous. It requires a lot of practice; we do workshops, demo videos, and the most important thing is practice. It's something that must be taken seriously.
    Massage is part of warm-up for my muscles. I have a masseuse. Massage is important because it relaxes tension in the body.
    After massage, I do stretching. My stretching is also paying respect to my body, my legs, my arms, my brain. I also do some meditation when I stretch.
    Next is gymnastics training. The stretching is very important for gymnastics.
    Next is practicing the 15 mae mai of Muay Thai.
    Regarding what you see in action movies: whether it's Ong Bak, Tom Yum Goong, Hong Kong action movies, etc... I think it's important that you know it's not easy. You have to have a mentor, you have to have someone to teach you martial arts and gymnastics in the correct way. To my young fans : don't take my movies as instructional videos. Don't watch the movie and say "wow Tony Jaa does a flip so I will do it too" because it's dangerous and something bad can happen. Most importantly : if you are interested in this and you have it in your heart, you have to make sure you really have it in your heart, and for the right reasons. If you want to train like this, you have to study with a teacher who can show you how to do things the right way. I say this because I am concerned about your well-being."

    • @assaltmaster89
      @assaltmaster89 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      well I don't care to try his flip kick anyway. land on your neck wrong 1 time and crack you're done. I just study his back kick round houses knees elbows and so on. I even do his stretches. I don't have no one to train with so it will take me longer and put more time in to it to get it down. but this is because I know no one that can fight like me. most people are simple street fighters that can't even swing right let alone do this stuff. or you have the boxers. but I can't seem to find anyone willing to do this. I would love to have a sparing partner to train with so we both get better. I have the hart.

    • @assaltmaster89
      @assaltmaster89 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      I must say I am getting much better and speed power and balance. but I need someone to practice on to get better at using what I know.

    It also has been proven time after time that the Martial Artist who is proficient in
    both his standing as well as his ground
    skills is likely to become victorious.
    So anyone who says that his Pentjak Silat
    can beat your Aikido or my Muay Thai will
    beat your Wing Chun has missed the boat
    completely. Just use your head and be as
    relaxed as possible. And above all...
    practice, practice,practice...
    And yes...Tony Jaa is a real Master of The
    Art of the Eight Limbs.

He is the Best, the movie im missing is The Body Gard, and Ong Bak 4. these are the two movies im missing. I have The Protector Ong Bak & Ong Bak 2 & number 3. I can only do this work out in my Dreams when Im sleeping , My Body would be very sore from this.

    The first seconds of any fight are crucial.
    It's like a chessgame you see.
    But unlike a chessgame you won't be
    able to think about your next move for ten
    seconds and see what your opponent
    decides to do next. You have to move like
    lightning and react accordingly. A true Martial Artist knows about the laws of
    nature and the science of the human body. But what it really all comes down to
    is...common sense. Forget Krav Maga,
    Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or even Muay Thai.
    Knowing is not enough..

    he is a world class martial artist/athlete/actor/stuntman/director who travels all over the world for his occupation, has a wife and child, follows a very intense training regimen daily, and most likely has other priorities than just his occupation. and here you are criticizing him on not mastering English( which is one of the hardest languages to learn) and every other language in the world because you are too lazy to use Google translate?
