As I’m lying here reading these comments and allowing myself to fall asleep to this, I’m beginning to feel my broken heart begin to heal. Someone I loved with all my heart dumped me this last Monday. I’m shattered, confused, questioning myself, all of it. I’m on day five of no contact and learning to live without him and better myself. I’m thinking of all of you tonight as we heal together. ❤️

i’m on day 3, i thought i was going to marry him. i feel so confused nd sad
3 months for me. 7 years living together waiting for her alimony to run out before I proposed. I was going to marry her in the spring. Had been cheating on me for months. Then just left without talking about it. . Came back 6 weeks later and took all the furniture and rugs, tv’s, dishes and everything even though she never worked or bought any of it. Feels like I will never heal. And what’s the point. I actually still miss her. But the grief over the betrayal is even harder. I’m so devastated. I hope this helps to try and fall asleep too.

I've stopped.... sitting quietly with the loss and sadness, the aloneness and bewilderment. Reading the exquisitely soft and loving comments you have made and reminding myself to again believe in the goodness in us. It’s time that I work on moving forward and healing. I need this pain in my mind and heart to go away.
We must learn, in our humility, that all people struggle in their journey through life and that we are all brothers and sisters in that struggle. We all must learn to selflessly love and help each other when and where we can as we all go about finding our own way to the spiritual path that awaits us. There is peace on that path. There is also unconditional love and forgiveness. The journey can be very difficult at times, but the further you travel, the easier it becomes and the destination is worth whatever must be endured. I can't sleep,eat, and smile as much as I used to anymore I'm in so much pain that every time I'm asleep and I wake up I end up depressed again because it wasn't a dream, it really happened and I feel alone. You probably relate that's why you're here like me I'm here to let you know you're not alone we can get through this even when it feels like we can't. So far I've been reminiscing on what I did wrong how it happened and how she must've felt I'm taking this time to work on myself because I'm not perfect and it's probably for the best that she chose him. It gets easier the hardest part is going through each day but it does get easier.

My partner chose porn over me our entire relationship. Porn. Live cam girls. Always individual women. Lied to me like nobody ever has before. Got engaged and pregnant while lying and making me think I was living in a different reality and everything was okay. Couldn’t even stop for the baby. In fact, it got worse. Now I’m 8 months pregnant and living alone. Moved into a new house alone. No family near. I waited 27 years to find love. Never had a boyfriend or even sex before him. And the entire time I was being deceived. What is wrong with people? It felt so real but he couldn’t love at all. I’m so heartbroken and terrified.

it can feel so hard sometimes. The fears, the anger, the sadness, the loneliness, the worries... Allow yourself the time to heal, because that's all there is to do. To feel is the way to heal. In that time, allow yourself to cry and scream and break down. Eventually, when your energy slowly comes back to you, care for your body and soul a little more than you used to. Your body needs that extra bit of love in these moments. It's the best time to instill habits of self love. Don't worry too much about how long it takes to heal. Just embrace the moment, and this whole experience of being human.

Been crying all day in a tremendous grief & couldnt sleep! I found this, and I feel so much better actually🦋🌸🌷Heartbreak is so tough. Been in grief for 5 years now, and its really tough when feelings are so strong. But we all have to trust ourselfes, trust the universe, and trust that our hearts will attract a new partner when time is right🩷 I often tell myself: yes my grief is beyond strong, but that just mean I had the courage to love someone. It's such an uplifting feeling to have such positive people that Carries love for a stranger that they've never met. And could give the best advice to a stranger that they've never met the world needs more of this. We are all the same human. Future past and present we are all in it together now. Why are we always so rude and negative to others when it feels so great to be positive and help someone. It's the best feeling you could get, turning someone's frown upside down. And expecting nothing in return but that satisfaction of knowing that you've helped just one person that day feel better about themselves, or giving them the compassion that they needed right at that particular moment that it was least expected that's the amazing feeling of positive energy we need to let it flow constantly. Feeding off each other's positivity to the point that not even a word has to be spoken and you can feel the positive vibes flowing in and around each person that we come in contact with wouldn't that be amazing. let's let the negativity go! It takes more effort to hold that negativity and fling it at someone. Rather than to let it continue to flow right past or through you. Sometimes I even pretend and imagine when I sense the negativity coming my way that I can actually see it and I pretend to watch it just flow right past or through me or I dodge it and get out the way 🤸 not responding and not grabbing hold or letting it absorb into me I just let it float right past me. I really enjoyed all the other comments it's what made me share.

I felt so connected to this person I met not that long ago and never been so capivated by someone’s personality. Everything about him, his beautiful heart, his amazing mind, as well as his beliefs . I never met someone who shared so much in common on a different level that I didn’t know i would find someone was unuasual like me on a lot of different & unique traits/ ways about myself. And the sex was amazing! Now I got a text that he wanted to stop seeing each other because he thinks I’m cool but I’m not for him, he said sorry. Turned out that same day he was actually talking with someone else and decided to make it official. I feel like I literally am grasping to breath. It hurts so much, I really loved who he was as a person and was so happy and thought it was mutual. I spent last 7 years being in a toxic relationship that was never real and broke me down, this man made me feel like I was amazing and brought me back to life. I wasn’t ready to have him exit out of my. Life. I know it shouldn’t be this hard for someone I had only know for a short time but I never met someone so amazing and the talks we had were just so fucking awesome I felt like life was so wonderful and I wanted to grow more with life. Now I feel like oxygen is hard to breath in and like the pain in my chest in deep into my soul and I’m devastated that he’s now a memory of someone i knew and not who i thought was becoming someone in my life that was really into me as well. How do i overcome this type of loss? it’s wired because its not a normal heartbreak that I’ve experience throughout my life. This one hurts more than it naturally should ever feel. I know it sound pathetic but i need a hug and someone to just let me cry without judgment. But i got no one

Thank you for the comments, it warms my heart knowing that others take time to read what I have to say when I needed to be heard. But as an update, I finally found peace and a way to move on. Yes at times I miss what I shared with this person but we were able to say a proper goodbye and I was able to shut that door. He will forever be an important person in my life for that time in my life when I met him. I believe I met him for a reason that I needed. But now I finally met someone, (who I recently made it official with) and he is amazing! We don’t share the kind of talks that I had shared with the person I spoke of before but we share other talks just as important. He’s wonderful with my child and treats us both so great! Sometimes unanswered prayers are a good thing. I am thankful for the universe sending me both special people into my life and I feel like this man who is now my boyfriend may be the one. I know from your point of view it may seem ridiculous to see me say that so soon but believe me when I say this even my family thinks he is the one for me. With this being said I hope that anyone who feels hopeless when losing someone so special to them realizes that there is hope. Trust that it will happen and take the opportunities that could allow things to happen for you and you may find why the universe didn’t let you have what you wanted when you wanted it. I have loved this guy. We dated for 3 months. He played with my feelings, making me fall in love with him, pranked about him going to commit suicide.
Ive only ever really loved him deeply and wanted to help him out. Months after we lived something amazing, he comes up to me saying that he is already engaged in a serious relationship with a girl for 3 years now and that he won't ever leave her for anyone else, that they are happy.
Everyone is busy celebrating and I'm here destroyed, even he is celebrating with his family and his loving girlfriend.
Please pray so that I can overcome this, I am truly devastated

He has torn my heart and soul apart and there will always be an empty space in both..the space he took with him when he went to a new person 💔😞 and yet I don’t hate him..I love him unconditionally and forgive him for all the pain he has put me through. I'm currently suffering from emotional PTSD because of drama. I'm quite literally broken by it and on the verge of tears... If anyone reads this, avoid any and all drama. Even if it costs you dearly, you should avoid it to never get to where I am today. I'm emotionally broken and my heart has been broken too many times to count. I found myself returning to this video. A year and a half ago I visited this page when I was discarded by someone who I thought was the love of my life. He ended up being a covert narcissist. I’m looking back on all the comments of support to one another from around the world and it gives me so much hope. Iistening to this as my heart is so heavy. I dont know where to start or how to make the pain end. My childs father the love of my life left me and told me when we heal we would come back to each other god willing. Come to find out the entire time he actually was with someone else enjoying and expirencing life while i cry and raise our son alone. He has completely ghosted me now and is commited to her and all i want to do is cry. I feel like im reminded of him everywhere. I can feel his energy. Some times i swear i can smell his scent. I’m going through no true breakup right now. After all the ones I experienced I pray I never do again. Nevertheless I did feel my abandonment wombs resurface from the people I’ve attracted into my life. I’m still working on balancing my emotions and calming my heart down so I won’t keep summoning emotionally unavailable partners. More than anything my inner child has been in a place of yearning stable, nurturing love, and protecting. I've never really comprehended the magnitude of a heartbreak until this past week, it's been 7 days and some hours now, time seems to have slowed down to allow this pain to torture me to death. Heartbreak is literally the shattering of the heart, I can feel the pain physically not just emotionally. It's like someone has pinned me down against the floor, their knees pressed hard against my chest. I can't breath, I can't think. My world is shattered, every hopes I ever had for the future seems to vanish before my eyes, every sweet memories of the past are now hauntingly the bitter memories. Tears have flown, tears have dried. Nothing has changed, my heart is in ache. The woman I loved and cherished, I admired and attached to...no words can describe. It's 5:51 am local time, been awake for as long as I can remember. These are the words of my heart, flowing with the frequencies of the video. Will this ever come to pass. Is it God's plan for me to suffer, is it purely the consequences of my choices.
