The Solfeggio frequency of 528Hz is said to be a “Miracle Tone” and the frequency of self love. It can help heal and cleanse old negative energies, activate a positive and spiritual energy cleanse and replace all negativity with positive energy and thereby heal negative experiences from in the past. It helps to restore self-esteem and strengthens self-love.

I’ve neglected myself for so long, have clung to my survival habits- but I’m done with that. I am the universe living itself out through me, and what I pay attention to manifests. This came on automatically after a yoga tutorial, as I lay in savasana... It was so beautiful I just continued to lay with my eyes closed and requested healing energy be sent to me from the angels. After a while I felt overwhelming love for myself & began to tell myself how proud I am. I put my hands on my heart space to send myself healing, and hugged myself tight. Finally I sat up, and when I saw the screen I was in shock. The lady was holding herself exactly as I had been, and the title... I burst crying. Too beautiful.

@@87genia Good question. It's not easy. Anger, hate, stress, and fear are the enemies within. They will control you and eat you up. Breathing in deeply and protecting yourself does not mean you don't care or aren't passionate, it just means you take a moment to put the stressor into perspective. A massive heart attack prompted by work stress almost killed my husband last year. Now, he looks at things differently. The fear and stress of holding onto something he had no control over almost made him lose everything...his life. Rediscovering meditation and practicing mindfulness has made all the difference. Sorry this is so long...

i try, but its always in the back of my mind, no matter what. you cannot forgive what cannot be forgotten. saying and feeling are 2 different things. i just learn to not stress out over hardly anything these days. its not worth it. it just causes health problems. i just say fuckit, and move on. its the only way for me. i did the best i could to take care of my mom before she passed away from cancer this year. i cannot stress myself anymore. if god didnt want to help, so be it. she was very faithful and very spiritual. but that line is drawn between me and god and cannot be undrawn. i learned to move on.
I finally see that my life has a purpose. Everyone has a purpose in life! You just have to find yourself within.
