Beautifully elegant and serene design here HDG - love the use of the light green (NOT white paint as some who obviously need to update their graphics card drivers are saying 🤦♀) to help maximise the feeling of space in this tiny property. The under stair book nook is especially gorgeous!! 🥰🥰🥰

I love the beachy vibe and the way you decorated it. One major thing I would change is the wall facing the water should be all glass, since that view is your money maker.

really love your performance of the house flipper, but I just can’t get used to part 2. I really want to see the building in the good old first part😢
HF2 might feel different, but it's truly worth giving it a chance. Have you had the chance to try out the sandbox mode or Mod io, where creative players post numerous new jobs and houses daily? If not, just give it a shot, and you might discover a whole new side of it to love.
this is a beautiful design, its a cosy beach home nicely decorated, i just love all your designs , the coat rack in the hallway i did notice that you were struggling to get the coats on the pegs, if you lift them up above the pegs carefully like we do with the toilet roll , they will eventually go on the pegs

Wow beautiful remodel. The only thing I like to critique is the corner windows on the 1st floor bathroom by the toilets. Bathroom are for privacy and having 2 windows doesnt feel right to me
Thank you! I get what you're saying about wanting privacy, which is super important. In my design, I think putting curtains on those windows would help with that. But, the game doesn't have curtains right now.

The colors are so white and lifeless, it looks boring but i like the design. I will do this but decorate moreee lively❤

Absolutely! I've already shared a couple of houses I built using the sandbox mode (Hobbit house, Modern studio house). Feel free to take a look if you're curious!
incase you havnt found yet when hanging stuff on hooks u gotta place the pointer circle on the hook
Just a tip. You don’t need to set the paint area first if you’re painting the entire wall. That masking tool is just to keep you from painting an area you didn’t mean to paint and there’s no way to do that if you’re already planning to paint the entire wall.

And I swear if they release a curtains DLC….
I feel the house would look even better than it is with some sheer curtains
