It's funny that you find the copper ugly, I think it's beautiful!
Problem with copper is that you need to wax it.
And for that you need to find and raise bees.
And to make campfires.

I'm wondering if a bathtub would have fit under the roof edge. Just an idea.
I found some cream and brown/beige paint in the orange red category.
Nice job! Finishing the damaged wood on the second floor porch and adding outside lights would help sell for more - I did fill in the above rafter area for another bedroom and half a bath downstairs with laundry as well as a back patio. But it did loose it's "barn" atmosphere. Final sell price was 197k. 78% profit margin. I went with old familiar red siding, but wanted white. I like the white a lot. Maybe next time!

Great video. Do you not have a perk upgrade for the auctions as iv seen other people playing this game and they have multiple people putting in offers on the houses when putting then up for sale.
Want to buy this game but there's a lot of bad reviews about how dev pretty much gave up on the game.

I absolutely love the house! I would stay there! However there were three thoughts that crossed my mind: 1. There is no where to store clothing lol 2. Where do I do my laundry? 3.The kitchen has like no counter space which is unfortunate.
