- After a few shipping delays, I've finally got my hands on the January and Febuary ZenPop Stationery Boxes! I decided to open them both up and show you whats inside, and then drew a cutie inspired by the contents.
*This video was filmed before my hospital stay. Thank you for your patience and allowing me time to rest before getting this video edited and up for you. I'm still on the mend, but I wanted to bring you something to show my gratitude. Hoping to get back in the swing of things soon.

Cats can kinda do whatever broken-ass pose they want honestly. Like, people who say cats are liquids are 200% correct.

A couple hints I've learned from drawing tigers: A big chin makes their faces look better, and big cats like tigers don't actually have slit eyes!

I've studied tigers for about a year, including visiting a zoo. The biggest thing I noticed about them is that they have an extremely low heel. Much lower than a dog (which I feel like is kind of the "default" animal.)
I like your style, it would make a great children's book about tigers. They are literally the world's favorite animal and the last decade of conservation efforts has actually resulted in an increase in the tiger population!
A children's book about how it's okay to not be productive every single minute of the day.

hi waffles! i left a comment a while ago about how you've inspired me since childhood and my beginning recovery from a long battle with mental illness, and i wanted to let you know that my 16th birthday was december 28th and i spent a lot of that time doodling and learning about what art i like to do and teaching myself to do new things! ive found i have a talent & passion for collage art and am super excited to explore the new medium. thank you for keeping the desire to create alive in me for so many years, you've helped me more than you can imagine. playing your videos not only help me relax enough to sleep but also motivate and excite me to do my art and continue even when i hate how it turns out (and to just laugh at mistakes and learn instead of give up). the way you work and your personality make your videos feel like im hanging out with a friend and that kind of connection, even if not really there, gives me fulfillment when i can't leave my house to see people. i just wanted to thank you again for everything you've done for me!! the future is scary but im learning to walk with it instead of running away, and i think art has taught me that recently. please never stop being who you are and always chase the things that bring you joy! 💘💘

Also, Olivia, you seem like an extremely mature 16 year old. At your age I wasn't even mature enough to admit when I had done something wrong, needed to make a change, nor as you have, accepted yourself, flaws and all. I'm not gonna lie I did laugh out loud at 7:14 🤣 "twink" isn't a bad word necessarily, just used as a descriptor within the gay community (usually gay men use it). Just wanted to let you know so you wouldn't feel embarrassed about it being on camera! 😂💕

My cat sits with his paws crossed all the time. It’s his “proper” pose. lol ~ The tiger drawings came out so cute. ~ I got a 6 pack of those kokeshi erasers from Amazon a couple of years ago. I have them on a shelf because they’re too cute to use. 😍

as a member of the LGBTQ community I was a bit confused why you would find Twink a bad word, since it's a common term in the Gay community for a thin/small Gay man but then I did a bunch of research and it has some questionable aspects to it so I understand the hesitation now!

@@ozzy4595 it's a nuanced gay slang that was popularized by the gay bear community. Some people openly identify as a twink in a positive manner. There is lots of nuance within the community. It really really depends on the context and intention. But twink isn't the same as a swear or a slur. It may have been used as a slur by homophobic people like dyke but both are also valid identies people are, but homophobic people have also said gay in a derogatory way but it doesn't mean it is a bad word.

This tiger would make a perfect character for your own stationery set... He is so cute!♥️ Also, please, do something with that transparent washi-tape one of the next times.
