The Eagles and birds definitely can tell when a storm is coming and they do go to a safer place until it is safe to come back home. There is one nest that got blown away that belonged to a male and female Eagles here in Florida and they have been actually at the tree building a new nest endlessly and they are my hero and Heroine too. I love Eagles because they have the intelligence (like a lot of other animals) to leave and go to somewhere safer. Whereas the humans DIDN’T want to leave when they were told to.
