I thank God for these winged beings.🙏🏼 I thank the 'land owner' for sharing and for you sharing a little histery about her. ❤🦅🕊🐦🙏🏻

First off, Tom’s coloring is beautiful. Red tailed hawks have such gorgeous plumage. But Angel (really great name) is magnificent. Awe inspiring actually. I’ve never seen such a beautiful bird. Thank you to the farmer for sharing this wonder of nature. And Connor and Nick (and Mason) for another window into wildlife that is truly a gift.

A few years ago I had a red tail hawk couple and their 2 babies hung out in my backyard which can get overrun by squirrels. I felt privileged. They have never come back but the crow couple has! I love nature.

I appreciate what you are doing to bring us this insight into the word of birds their struggles to survive . Without the landowners who allow cameras to be installed on there property and the technology of the cameras to be able to see what this amazing world has to offer us, and last but not least the teams of people who climb the trees , who have to figure out a way to bring this to us . and everyone who works behind the scene Thank You

Angel is surviving and thriving and raising her own hawklets. I find myself thinking about Angel's parents and how awesome they had to be to protect a hawklet that did not have the benefit of camouflage.

Thank you so much Connor for this wonderful video on Angel and her background and the cam installation. I am one of the original followers from the first season so I am really thrilled to be watching Angel and Tom with their two eggs now. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication in bringing this cam to us and for the Captiva cams as well. Happy Easter to you and yours!! ♥

Thank you so much for all your work - and to the landowner - in making Angel and Tom available to us to watch! It's fascinating to learn more about them and also how you were able to install the cameras and help with the nest. I hope very much the chicks will hatch successfully. I'm so excited to see Tom continue to mature (he seems like such a kid!) and Angel raise her babies with his help.

Hi Conner. This is such a beautiful bird, and I am happy you were able to get a cam up there. About 4 years ago, co-workers of mine kept talking of an albino hawk they had been seeing while on their breaks outside. I finally got to see it one day leaving work, and was lucky to be carrying my camera with me. I was able to get some decent pictures. I have watched the live cam, hope for a successful season.

Fantastic! Your efforts are truly appreciated - Angel is a little jewel in nature's world! Cornell Lab of Ornithology are a very reputable society, so I am glad you quoted them as a source of information. This live stream came to my attention as it appeared, recently, in my TH-cam proposed videos list (I mainly follow Bald Eagles, including Captiva) - I got curious, checked it and did not regret it. Loved the story of the landowner's grandson naming the hawks :)

Here's to saving this 🌎 a little every day. 😊

I will continue to look for contact info. I am here because a Leucistic Red-Tailed Hawk is missing. I have been watching this beauty every winter since 2019. Each Holiday season it would show up in the same tree, but not this year. Construction is starting this year 2024.
900 houses will be built in the area it hunts. So I was going to try to get some pictures this winter.
I am a nobody in the world of wildlife study, but this was the highlight of my winter [ Late Fall into the new year].
    Thanks for work here,
