    As Far as I Know Sir, covered pa rin ng 7 days replacement basta may Technical Report. Pag sa Store nabuksan tapos may defect, right away napapalitan kapag naman inuwi tapos doon may defect dun na need ng Technical Report. Kasi kapag ganun Sir, puwede niyo po yan ipa DTI, covered yan ng "Consumer Act of the Philippines"

    But for The Most Part, I think this is still an upgrade to RN12, considering the 108 MP camera coming from 50, on paper RN13 108 MP camera should be way above better due to 9-1 pixel binning vs the 50 MP RN12, 16 MP selfie vs 13, dual stereo speakers vs RN12 single loud, and a slightly brighter display 1800 vs 1300 nits from the previous, add the thinner bezels and updated design, despite having the same SD685 chipset

    Oo nga nu karamihan sa mga store ganyan kailangan Sila magbukas dun sa mismong store nila actual na Sila mag open . Sabagay mas ok na Yun para kung may sira man Yung device eh makikita na nila agad

      Correct yun ang isang reason lods, plus di pwede na isanay na ganun kalakaran tapos may replacement warranty pa din kase madami na nang scam ngayon di natin sinasabi na pag sibSTR sure naman na hindi manloko yes sya hindi pero pag ginaya ng masama loob pwede sila maggawa ng replica then mag claim ng replacement warranty , zo nawawala o na void yun pag di pina open. For sure at the back of STR's mind ma figure out nya din yun, unless ang store ay trusted ang vlogger na pinapa review talaga ng brand ang unit.

      ​@@z.o. mafifigure out naman ng store if nareplace ang parts or yung sira is caused by customer or manufacturer end. Ang di maganda eh di sila sumusunod sa DTI, nasa batas yan eh na dapat may 7-day warranty. 7 days na lang dito sa Pinas pagdadamot pa eh sa abroad nga 30days ang standard. Kaya nga tinipid na tayo ng 7days at sobrang pabor na yan sa manufacturer/shop at dehado na customer tapos pagkakait pa nila dahil lang di nabuksan na ang box? Dapat confident sila sa product nila kung talagang may Quality Assurance ang Xiaomi. Unless may tinatago sila diba? Remember ang manufacturer defects pwedeng lumabas after 7days or even upto few months so lugi talaga customers

    same po nung bumili ako phone sila una nagbukas sayang gustong gusto ko pa naman ako una mag uunbox pero pumayag na lang ako kasi baka nga may defect atleast sila una makaka pansin.

    Based on xiaomi policy, may tinatawag kasi kaming doa, dap1 and dap2, bali witness lang naman po ang need kaya need iopen in the physical store, peru po samin, xiaomi sm grand central pwede naman basta may video po as proof. Baka ndi lang masyado naenlighten sa inyo ng physical store na napuntahan ninyo.

    Ang sagot jan sa tanong na kung bakit kailangan iopen muna bago umalis, sakali man na may damage man yung phone na nabili mo papalitan agad at para hindi rin mag isip yung ibang customers ng kung ano ano kung sakali man na may damage yung nabili nila

    Factory defect at damaged goods lang naman covered ng 7 days replacement makikita agad yun pag na-unbox at papalitan lang nila ang unit kung nawala ang sound, naghahang, gumuhit yun screen, nawalan ng power yun mga ganun lang, kailangan na Makita nila yun item na ok physically para ma-proved na Hindi mo siya naibagsak, na-water damaged or na short circuit kapag isinauli mo.

    may point naman ang physical store, hindi nga naman nila machecheck kung may defect yung product, ang hirap naman kung yung consumer lng ang magsasabi na may problema, unfair naman yun, hindi mo naman ma-jujustify na kahit naka video pa ang unboxing mo eh mapapanieala mo sila na yan ang 1st actual video ng unboxing sir, dun lang tayo sa SOP.😊

Kc lods dun p lng, eh kylangan ng macheck ung laman ng box, if my defect c unit.. agad agad nila itong mapapalitan... Kng sa house mo ito ioopen, hnd nila mkikita kng my defect oh wla un unit... Un ang policy ng pisical store... 👍👍👍

      Eh di bumalik ka store dun mo pakita yung defect. See walang sense yung ganyang policy. Kala kadi ng mga nasa store mga tech illiterate pa rin mga tao eh 2024 na.

    Ang iba kasi ang pag kaka alam pag sinabing 7 days replacement is papalitan agad. Yes pero hindi basta basta,dadalhin nyo parin sa service center para ma check kung human error or factory deffect at para mabigyan kayo ng technical report kung replacement or for repair. Pero dapat hindi nila tinanggal yung 7 days replacement pwede naman gawan ng waiver if ever. Kaya naman need bukas para ma check agad kung may problema ang unit at mapalitan agad sa store

    Ganito kasi yan.
    Kaya talaga pinapa unbox yung isang unit na pinurchase in any store kung saan mo sya binili is for you to get the assurance na right away makita mo agad kung yung device ba is defective or hindi.
    Para kapag may instances na ipapa replacement mo sya, pwede mo maging witness din yung Sales Agent na nag assist sayo to be a standing evidence na nung during unboxing walang nakitang defective but after a few days bigla nagkaroon ng defect.
    And kapag kasi na cover sya ng 7 Days Replacement, Immediately talaga sya dinadala and nirereport sa service center ng brand ng phone to issue a technical report for replacement.
    Kapag kasi hindi mo inopen yung device right away sa store, 1 year warranty lang talaga ang magiging cover na nyan. kasi kung hindi inunbox tapos sinabi na may defective under few days, mahihirapan i convince din kasi ang service center na defect talaga kasi pwede irason dyan baka nasira nahulog ng di namamalayan or somewhat else.

    ganun talaga. kung ikaw kasi mag bubukas walang kasiguraduhan yung store kung kunpleto yung accesories or may dmaage yung unit. hindi naman pwede na kapag may nakita ka issue babalik ka nalang don tapos sasabihin mo may issue. negative talaga yon. need ng representatives ng store sa pag open ng item para masigurado kung pasok sa warranty. kahit sang store ganun . try mo bumili sa apple ganun din.

    Kaya ganon kasi kung may consumer protection dapat may seller protection rin. Pede kasing fault nung nag unbox kaya nasira yung phone tas sasabihin out of the box ganun na talaga tas papalitan nila yung unit edi seller yung luge. Being a reviewer won't give let you skip the process. Wala sila pakialam dun kung for review mo gagamitin unless sponsored ka nila. Since pumunta ka sa store nila as customer then you have to follow their protocols. I am a bit disappointed to hear that from you. Ang entitled nung dating almost karen like.

    Grabe naman yan kapag hindi i-unbox sa store sa harap ng seller void na yung 7days replacement eh ganun din naman kapag bumili ka ng bagong phone at nachambahan ka na may "Factory defect" ung nabili mo katakot takot na check up muna gagawin sa phone katagal-tagal bago mag update tapos ang ending human error lang😂 void ang 7day(s) replacement direcho na sa warranty.

    Regarding sa video cam ok naman, usable ito either sa front or back cam at 1080p with 30fps. Just go to camera settings>Video then turn off auto frame rate

    The battery percentage is draining so fast my Phone is 100% total I didn't use because I was going to Sleep
    I've slept in 9:00 PM and wake up in the Morning 4:00 AM
    My battery percentage is drain so fast to 62% and I got 38% percentage I was Going to Work for that Time for my emergency calls.Then I have to Wait to charge my Phone such a Waste of time,Money for this I hope u can understand my Situation
    I didn't mean to Expect my Battery Percentage long lasting
    Such a Waste of money...

    Sir ang sinabi sa akin mismo dun sa store ng Xiaomi is may tendency kasi na kapag hindi sila ang nag open in the first place at paraa check din nila agad kung may damage ba yung unit kapag kasi hindi nila na check out of the box and then yung mismong buyer na yung nag unbox sa bahay nila may lumabas na mga defect at ang reason kaagad nila is yung owner na yung may kasalanan or what may chance daw kasi na ganun kung nag kataon daw parang benefit of the doubt yun ang reason nila thats why na chinecheck agad nila mismo out of the box sa store mismo para daw ma verify nila kaagad if may defect yung unit kasi aware din naman yung iba na may factory defect or error nakaka tawa lang din isipin na kahit Brandnew na yung bibilhin mo at sa mismong store pa may chance parin na hindi quality or sira yung unit na mabibili mo kahit na sa mismong factory eh tinetest na nila yung item. Sila mismo eh hindi sigurado 😅

    user of rn13, my take expected ko talaga maganda yong camera since 108mp sya. but it turns out mas maganda pa yong dating quality ng camera ng rn note 9. yong note 9 ang ganda both indoor and outdoor to think na 48mp lang yon. madali pa mag focus. maganda rin video. however dito sa rn note 13 maganda ung display, design, gorilla glass pa sya. smooth. pero the camera itself lalo na pag video no tlg. hanap nlng ng ibang option. sayang ggmitin ko pa naman to sa concert ng SB19. 😂

    common sense na kasi para ma check din nila kung okey yung device, kung may issue right away mapapalitan nila, di yung pag sa bahay na, dami ng gagawin para lang mapalitan. okey naman mabuksan, kadalasan naman ng review unit nyo i bukas na.

      agree, ako bilang nagtitinda common na itest yung item, cp man or aby kinds of electronic device.. di ko din maintidihan meron din kasing nagrereklamo bakit hindi tinest ung item nila par malaman kung ok. at para di na maabala pag naiuwi ng defective. ang weird lang talaga ng mga tao hehe

      May point si Koya reviewer, sa totoo lang bawal yan sa DTI. In the first place dapat maayos unit nila buksan man ang box or hindi kase expected na may Quality Control ang Xiaomi so dapat paglabas ng factory eh maayos yan. Kung magkadefect man due to logistics eh entitled pa rin ang customer kase di maayos handling nila or meaning di ganun katibay packaging at phone nila.
      Eto ang totoong common sense di yung di nyo alam ang batas tapos pumapayag kayo mashort change ng mga brands/shop na yan kase yun ang "nakasanayan".

    Bumaba nga yung specs sa Video. Unlike dito sa luma kong Redmi Note 10S na yung video ay naka 1080P 60fps na yung galaw ng video ay sobrang in reality talaga, unlike itong Redmi Note 13 nawala yung 1080P 60fps na quality ng video😢
