Paano? Consider this, person A and B are using the same phones. Anyway, eto po yung list ng recommended phones ko for 2023 SO FAR: Tecno Spark 10 Pro - invol.co/clislm1 Infinix Note 30 5G - invol.co/clislli Tecno Camon 20 Pro 5G - invol.co/clisll2 Poco X5 Pro - invol.co/clislcv Poco F4 - invol.co/clislaj Poco F5 - invol.co/clisktn Poco F5 Pro - invol.co/clisla3 Google Pixel 6 - invol.co/clj15sf Narzo 50 Pro - invol.co/clj15tn Redmi Note 12 Turbo - invol.co/cli9y9i Lenovo Legion Y70 - invol.co/cli9y9b OnePlus Ace 5G - invol.co/cli9y8o realme GT Neo 5 - invol.co/clhh4li Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra - invol.co/cli9ya4 iPhone 14 Pro - invol.co/cli9ya8
This is me commenting before watching the whole video. I've been an OPPO user for 10+YEARS. I've love the selfie cam ever since. Will come back after watching the whole vid
PHONE BRANDS RAMBULAN! A conscientious video from PinoyTechdad. I hope this will be followed by the "Brands Rambulan Series" so that many will be enlightened. Sir Janus, I support you by not skipping ADS. I'll be waiting for Xiaomi vs. Samsung Branda Rambulan Series. Xiaomi fan here but deciding to be a Samsung fan also, hehehehe. Salamat sa mga honest videos mo.
I've been using my oppo f11 pro for 5 yrs now. Accidentally nahulog sa timba na may tubig. But thank God it is still working. 😊 Nalilito ako kung mag iphone ba or Samsung.
Samsung lover here! SUPER LOVEEEEE IT.
im using xiaomi since 2013,tablet ang una kung binili, ayos nman..from 2017 bumili ako ng xuaomi mi mix 2 and xiaomi mi pad 4 until present ginagamit ko pa rin sya at wla ako problema
New subscriber here lods its my very 1st time to watch your video but I got stuck or should I say stayed because I feel the you are blessing your viewers with genuine information about their phone choice. Thank you! Lods 👏😊
"poco mahal ko kayo pero bibigwasan ko muna kayo" 😂 you just gotta love sir janus for his honesty, was scared to buy a poco phone because of the deadboot but you convinced me to overcome my prejudice. Using a poco f6, great experience so far.
Promise maniwala kayo kay Boss Janus dahil mapagames man o camera o performance may mga kaalaman yan, One of the most trusted phone reviewer.💪💪💪
Great video as always Mr Janus! You didn't feature the Nothing Phone here though even if it has only 1 phone in the market. Looks like Samsung still tops the Android Market due to their long software support duration. Since for budget phones, Infinix or Tecno is the way to go because Redmi, Narzo, Realme, Xiaomi, and the rest of BBK offer more expensive phones with the same frequency and duration of software support as Infinix and Tecno
Im a samsung lover, i switch to Oppo nung nglabas sila agad ng first slim phone nila. Dahil noong my Samsung TAB 3 ako diko lang na updates like 6 months ay dina ko mabuksan ang units and i lost all my stored financials. Even though pina ayos kuna still un recovered, felt disappointed. Until now still using Oppo, just bought Reno 8T 5g sana magtagal. But maybe next time mag Samsung serries S na ako.
Kong ikaw pa piliin idol, san ka?kong hindi kanmn gaming, sa oppo na may kunting price difference in terms of specs sa Samsung pero ng tatagal compare sa price ni Samsung na every year ng palit ng parts? Dagdag gastos?
Im still using my samsung note 20 ultra and im so happy for the past 3 years grabe parang bago parin.... Salute SAMSUNG DURABILITY & QUALITY TOP OF THE LINE TALAGAAAAA❤
Undeniably one of the best tech reviewers to date! Pinoy Tech Dad is actually my go-to channel whenever I'd purchase a new unit. Straightforward, no BS, no sugarcoating, all reviews are real and from experience. Kudos and more power to you, Sir. Janus! 💪
@pinoytechdad.... Hi sir, just wanna ask if which is better poco f5 pro or galaxy S23 FE? Need your thoughts po.... hoping to hear feom you soo .... thanks
Definitely the poco f5 pro. The sd8gen1 on the s23 FE has thermal throttling issues and not something that i would recommend. Plus those thick bezels look hideous 🤮
I have nothing to say but Pinoy Tech Dad is a legit tech reviewer. Everything he says is true to its core. Hindi niya i-critic ang isang brand just for the sake of hype but it is based on Sir Janus’ experience with the brand. Sabi nga ni Sir Janus, “There is no such thing as a perfect phone but there is a perfect phone for you.” Sir Janus is legit, walang kaplastikan, straight to the point, no sugarcoating, walang ka OA-han. Just a genuine tech reviewer with heart to its viewers. 🎉
Solid and very informative talaga reviews ni Sir Janus. Sayang.
Been using Oppo F11 Pro for 4 years and I do agree with what you said about Oppo. Debut price of this phone before was around 18k. Pretty overpriced for a mid range phone before. But the only time that I had issue with this is when I accidentally stepped on its screen. When I purchased it, it has Android 8 or 9 (can't remember). Currently, it is in Android 11 and haven't received any updates since 2021. Reliability and quality, Oppo is really a good brand. But I do get what Janus said and it is pretty obvious and I really agree with it. They are trying to make their phones as premium as Samsung. But when you take a look and have an in-depth analysis, there are other phones that are better in terms of price. If you're looking for a phone that you can use for 4-6 years, get a flagship Samsung or iPhone. If you are casually changing phones annually or after 2 years, get a mid range phone from Xiaomi, Tecno, Infinix. No phone brands are perfect but at least you know what to consider depending on your usage, and of course you know what brands are offering better specs and performance for a specific price range. Thank you for the brands review.
Ask ko lang kung worth it pa din ba to buy Iphone 12 pro or 12 pro max this 2023? Mahilig kasi ako gumawa ng reels or videos for my Facebook. More power to your channel ☺️😊
@@AlvinixTv haha wala ako enough personal experience with those brands at ayoko naman idismiss lang sila as cheaper phone brands kaya di ko na sinama mga yan
super sulit manood ng reviews mo sir janus napaka realtalk di ka plastik straight to the point ka talaga ! di nakakaboring at ang dami kong natututunan sa mga videos mo ..btw waiting ako sa xiaomi civi3 sana mareview mo if ever na marelease na dito sa Philippines ..thank you and more videos pa po 😊
Meron aq realme 5 pro, since NOv 2019 until now, Buhay padin😊. Lately bigla lng ng o off, kaya naisip q dpat ata my secondary phone aq. But i checked the price bagong realme parang ang taas na🤦. Im not sure s transsion phones since im not a gamer and hindi din techy😢😢. What do u advise po n goods ang camera kya🤔🤔
Isa ka sa local tech review naa talagang saludo ako sir Janus talagang straight to the point no filtler not sugar coating no BS..
THIS! Thanks as always for the helpful insights, Sir Janus. Watched the whole video and medyo nag-expect lang ng slight if naisingit si Nothing Phone after OnePlus. 😊
Haha buti nga naalala ko isama si oneplus coz i was running on fumes by that point.
#PTD solid.
I may be an Oppo user but I have to agree with this point of view. I'm using Oppo Reno 8T and it's highly pricey for a phone that does not have 5g connectivity. Although the camera is good there are still phones out there that have the same specs but on the budget side but anyway there's no such thing as a perfect phone!
Galaxy Y=5months Cherry mobile Magnum HD=1yr Lenovo k860=1 yr Samsung galaxy s3=2 yrs Lenovo A7000 plus=1 yr Lenovo K8note= 2 yrs Oppo A3s=2018 up to now. Lenovo pinaka fragile believe me, even the screen bigla nalang hindi napipindot. Kaya Sorry if I have to oppose your statement na BS ang durability ng Oppo. I guarantee you you're100% wrong on that.
Subjective kasi ang Quality or Tibay ng isang phone and brands.
Im talking about the actual build.
Find x1 pro, find x3 pro, and find x7 pro.
given po yun pag flagship.
I'm an android user and I just switched to iOS a month ago. 1st day of being an iOS user was a boring experience but satisfied 😅 boring because of the customization and downloads capability but satisfied when using the apps and games. No lag at all so smooth and responsive. Soon, I will buy my secondary phone again which is an android for sure ❤ probably xiaomi or a samsung.
Got Iphone 2 month ago. No new experience as an average phone user aside from the camera kasi di masyadong defective Oppo na dating gamit ko for years. This might be my first and last Iphone. However, I'll enjoy it while it lasts.
Hi sir. Great video about the phone brands that we can get here in the Philippines. On that note, I always wanted to get a Google Phone pero it is not commercially available (tama ba term haha) in the PH, but we can get them here through different means. You did mention about not having 5G here if a Pixel phone will be used. Since I am not that technologically literate, I do have a question po. So with not having 5G for a Pixel phone here in the PH, does it mean po ba na we can still use the sim cards we have here as usual, just not the 5G signal capability? Medyo confused lang ako on that end and maybe you, or someone in here can answer that. Very informative video, and after 2-3 of watching your videos, I am now a subscriber 😁
Poco X3 Pro at Redmi K40 Gaming Enhanced Edition. 😁😁 Salute sayo Boss ❤🔥
Same problem sa previous Poco X3 Pro ko rin, kaya right now, nagreresearch ako online what is good for mid graphics gaming especially when it comes to wuwa, starrail, etc...
I respect the honesty! One of the few who really values honesty regardless of kung possible na di na mapadalan ng review devices. sabi nga ni MKBHD is, be a fan of the device, not the brand. (me watching on nothing)
Dalawang factors: • *Defective* *_user_* • *Defective* *_unit_* Either of the two factors pasok yan sa pagbabatayan natin, _longevity_ . Fanboyism ruins the entirety of this good argument and blurs the issues that are obvious. Was using Samsung before, yes matibay, pati LG matibay din that's given. But gone are the days na, iilan lang ang may quality, nagpapatibayan na nga sila ngayon ng builds eh, dahil sa competion, and this is good for their business, lalo na sa'tin, mga consumers. I still got my Mi 9 SE today, alive and kicking well... iniingtan ko pa para mas lalo magtagal. Back to the point, Wag lng triggered mga pipz, healthy discussions lang with an open mind, kung uunawain nyo ang _context_ ng video na'to walang pinapatamaan dito.
Been a samsung user before ok naman talaga samsung. Now i have 3 redmi note phones.
Almost on par with Samsung pero syempre. Samsung ay Samsung parin. Tama po kayo. Sa Looks nalang bumawi talaga ang Vivo. Kaya most of the time. MGa "babae" ang mahilig gumamit ng "VIVO". To add na din po. I know SUBJECTIVE ito pero bihira po ako makarinig, makabalita na may Vivo users na nasira agad ang phone nila. This means na "Quality Build" din talaga sila. Also, I will not recommend this brand sa majority kasi nga "Overprice" parin kahit papaano.
PTD is my top tech reviewer na ngayon. I was a Huawei fan since 2015 and nagpalipat-lipat ng brand since nung wala na Google Services. Dropping by this view to decide which phone to buy which is bang for the buck.
Still rocking my Oppo Reno 5 for how many years already. Only issue I had is the screen which I accidentally dropped. If you are an average user I would recommend up until now and if not only with a damaged screen I could be using probably for even more years to come. Probably the issue is with the current Oppo offerings but 2-3 years ago, Oppos offering were excellent. Given the stiffer competition nowadays, techdad has a point though about the brand direction.
Your comments are so honest and brave... You are helping a lot of people on saving money regarding on decision making when it comes to purchasing mobile phones. Kudos🎉
Same. Hinintay ko pa man din yung Asus and Sony Xperia. Yan kasi devices namin, and tumagal talaga samin yang 2 brand na yan. Like etong gamit ko now na Asus, 6 years na sakin.
This is what review should be. Direct to the point.
Price around 20K. FB TH-cam at Neflix lang.. salamat
Other people buy Samsung or Apple, dahil may pag superiority complex pag sinabi mo yung name ng brand na tipong pang mayaman lang based sa experience ko at nagrerelease sila globally unlike ibang brands na specific country/region lang kaya hindi kilala pero no questions sa longevity kasi quality products talaga lalo na flagship ng samsung ngayon abot ng 7 years para sa mga taong matagal mag palit. And about sa ibang brands like oppo, vivo, xiaomi, huawei, infinix, poco ok naman sila pero hanggat maaari iniiwasan ko rin kasi tech from China, I don’t support.😅 sorry ✌🏻
Xiaomi/poco parin ako .. oo madaming issue na lumalabas (swerte kasi di pa nakaka experience) mas may tiwala na kasi ako sa brand na to at Hanggang ngayon eh sulit na sulit parin talaga sya
Same sentiments for Huawei, I have my Nova 2i before.. its so nice though medyo pricey..ngayon gamit ni husband yung P30 Pro and I really envy the quality kasi working pa sya hanggang ngayon..kakasira lng din ng Poco X3 Pro due to over use of everything 😅 sorry na love ko pa din ang Xiaomi kaso need ko mag explore ng other brand ng phones..
kakasira lang din ng Poco X3 Pro ko kagabi. ayaw na mag turn on. planning to switch with other brand of android phones. nakakalungkot lang si Poco X3 Pro.
Hi, Pinoy TechDad! Maganda at matibay pa rin up to this day.😅😊📱🎧😉
to be honest medyo na-offend din me sa part ng POCO kasi I'm a solid fan of it, I am using Poco X3 Pro and swerte lang ako na yung unit na napunta sa'kin is walang deadboot issue (using it for almost 2 years na rin) techy guy din me kaya if may magtatanong ano magandang phone? poco agad yung marerecommend ko kaso wala e nasa masa na rin ang balitang may deadboot issue na. I even watched yung video nga here about deadboot issue para lang mapaliwanag ko sa kanila nang maayos pero hindi talaga lahat maipipilit and also like what I said madalas din ako manood ng reviews for phones. Isa 'tong channel na 'to na highly recommended ko for no extra shit for recommendation.
Agree with Huawei inputs. Sobrang sayang. Been expecting more info since im using Huawei 😆 pero yon na talaga yon. Hindi talaga sya recommendable for those "normal" user. Kudos sir Janus. I've been with other brands and couldn't agree more.
I'm a realme 3 user halos mag 6 years na and it's still working just fine kaya lang medyo kinukulang na talaga sa ram and storage. Any good phone recommendation sir under 8k? Any brand will do as long as matibay and still quality parin
As a vivo user, agree ako sa sinabi ni Sir Janus.
Waiting din ako sa Xiaomi Civi 3, just like the others. Tsaka for the price of the latest apple device, nakakahinayang gamitin for gaming 😢
My budget is around 10k and ang habol ko ay battery performance at UI features. I like phone that would kast for as long as 3 years to 5.
The two things i hate in POCO is the MIUI, it still have some bugs, like sometimes app, close it self in background or you just switch app for 15 min. the app will close it self even if you thinker battery settings. And sometimes when i using music service like Spotify, it also close it self. The other one is it weak signal reception. I know you said its not the case since they are all coming from same place. But base in my experience, realme and narzo has the great signal reception. Wherever you're in rural or urban area.
I am a super super Samsung fan!!ever since i love samsung..lalo nat nakikita ko na mas lalong gumaganda mga fones nila..lalo na s23 ultra yes sobrang nagulat ako..kase halos konting konti na lang pagitan ng video quality sa iphone..i mean kapag papipiliin ka..di m alam saan iphone or samsung video..when it comes to photos..samsung pa rin ako for cooler tone..ayaw ko kase madilim eh like iphone...and of course the happiness ko kapag bumibili ako is alam ko may freedom ako..love u samsung..and yung pen hehe akala ko hindi ko sya magagamit..pero totoo pala once u used it..you cant stop it..lalo na sa editing videos and photos.
Not an Android hater, in fact I used one before but for reliability, security, longevity and ease of use, I’m with Apple all the way. But its a good thing we now have different Android brands / phones at affordable prices. I like the POCO series to be honest.
Feels the same way, If I were to change or try to go android route, I’ll go for poco phones. If you want simplicity, if you want experience phone that the manufacturer tells you to experience the ease, quality build materials, great photo and video, optimized chipset, and Class. No question that Apple is the benchmark, there’s a reason why they build expensive phones and tech. Don’t get me wrong, been an android and Apple user. QUALITY over quantity, many people don’t even get the experience the Apple Ecosystem, we know their phones are pricey, but every pesos I’ve worked hard, it’s all worth it. The support you’re getting from iOS updates promises you five years plus or more support, and that’s VALUE. For me, I think Apple and Toyota shares the logic, Toyota once said “We build cars that will last and be passed on to your children”. And I always say this to any argument between fanboys. I think most of the value devices ni Redmi, nasa China and is rebranded as Poco. Kaya mejo weak si Redmi because of this style of rebranding.
And sa camera no question maganda talaga. Kaso first and last huawei ko na ata ito, I've tried realme xiaomi poco redmi iphone pixel and now huawei. Samsung naman ata sa sunod
I used to own huawei nung may google, nice talaga then nag vivo. For me vivo is way better. Pero ngaun, samsung na ako and i think matatagal na ako dito, sobrang okay ang phone, productivity wise wala talaga panama ung ibang android phones real talk. Im using s23 ultra and im soo satisfied. Di ka magsisi pag nag samsung ka. 😊😊

Hands down, Pinoy techdad one of the realest tech reviewer. For me Xiaomi, Redmi, and Poco parin talga dabest brand rn giving u superb specs to its value pero di ko dedepend and Xiaomi dahil talagang pamahal sila ng pamahal siguro kasi yun ang flagship talga nila kumabaga panapat nila sa mga Iphone, samsung, n such. Still choosing Poco at the end especially ang mga F series solid mag pahanggang ngayon.
hi sir, ive narrowed down my choices between vivo v27, poco x5 pro or infinix note vip 30. which do you recommend? the infinix is arguably half the price of the two but in terms of performance and general gaming use as well as longevity (poco x3 pro victim here), the other two seem like a good option too
Infinix OS is kind of meeh for me it's too basic plus too many bloatware just to do something that is supposed to be in settings but it's not, like apps upon start up of the phone and such, pero if you're like the general type of user na di naman makalikot or basic tasks lang ginagawa sa phone go for it.
@@kram04TV this was 3 months ago I ended up getting a Poco f5. I know better now after diving more into specs especially with the x3p mobo failure and can only blame the chip architecture and placement of the design
@@kram04TV you know, I expected worse given how every person reviewing Poco phones say the camera is "bad" but compared to the x3p it's definitely better and compared to my work phone, the Poco c40, it's definitely at least 5x the improvement

Paano? Consider this, person A and B are using the same phones. So obviously minalas si person B at sinwerte si person A.
Napakaraming factors kung bakit pwedeng nasira yung lumang phone nyo vs yung gamit nyong Oppo.

2022 oppo reno 8 (MT 1300) vs 2023 oppo reno 8t (SD 695) although the same 6nm pero iba parin ang lakas ng MT 1300 katulad siguro ito ng SD 860 o baka SD 888 pa.

Dalawang factors:
• *Defective* *_user_*
• *Defective* *_unit_*
Either of the two factors pasok yan sa pagbabatayan natin, _longevity_ .

Good thing po na wala ka gaano nabanggit na masama sa VIVO. kasi Sobra ganda talaga ang OS updates and optimizationa nila.

As a techy guy! Agree ako sa lahat ng sinabi techdad! Walang biases! More power.

Sir in this year po ba mahal ang unit na nka snapdragon 685 kung ang price nya is 12k? And pangit po ba for casual users and not gamer
I have plan to buy iphone 12 pro max.is that good quality than others??pls sir need answer..thank you😊
Price around 20K. FB TH-cam at Neflix lang.. salamat
Other people buy Samsung or Apple, dahil may pag superiority complex pag sinabi mo yung name ng brand na tipong pang mayaman lang based sa experience ko at nagrerelease sila globally unlike ibang brands na specific country/region lang kaya hindi kilala pero no questions sa longevity kasi quality products talaga lalo na flagship ng samsung ngayon abot ng 7 years para sa mga taong matagal mag palit. And about sa ibang brands like oppo, vivo, xiaomi, huawei, infinix, poco ok naman sila pero hanggat maaari iniiwasan ko rin kasi tech from China, I don’t support.😅 sorry ✌🏻
@@unknown655me too... Poco x3 pro Na deadboot pero nag poco pa Rin Ako. Poco f4 Ang gamit ko today..
Good for you, I'm scared to buy Xiaomi na after na dead boot Ng almost 3 yes lng nman UNG phone ko.. I really want Xiaomi but trauma na SA dead bot😢
this youtuber is my fav so far. very direct to the point, walang sugarcoating. kudos Sir! more vids to come!
Same sentiments for Huawei, I have my Nova 2i before.. its so nice though medyo pricey..ngayon gamit ni husband yung P30 Pro and I really envy the quality kasi working pa sya hanggang ngayon..kakasira lng din ng Poco X3 Pro due to over use of everything 😅 sorry na love ko pa din ang Xiaomi kaso need ko mag explore ng other brand ng phones..
kakasira lang din ng Poco X3 Pro ko kagabi. ayaw na mag turn on. planning to switch with other brand of android phones. nakakalungkot lang si Poco X3 Pro.
Hi, Pinoy TechDad! Maganda at matibay pa rin up to this day.😅😊📱🎧😉
Same po.
Same my OPPO ilang ulit ng nabasag nag swimming pero still working parin tnx oppo A52 matibay ka pala 😊
Utot mo..
to be honest medyo na-offend din me sa part ng POCO kasi I'm a solid fan of it, I am using Poco X3 Pro and swerte lang ako na yung unit na napunta sa'kin is walang deadboot issue (using it for almost 2 years na rin) techy guy din me kaya if may magtatanong ano magandang phone? poco agad yung marerecommend ko kaso wala e nasa masa na rin ang balitang may deadboot issue na.
@@courtneylovetanguilan7470 ang model lang naman po na may deadboot issue is yung 3 series e.
Agree with Huawei inputs. Sobrang sayang. Been expecting more info since im using Huawei 😆 pero yon na talaga yon. Hindi talaga sya recommendable for those "normal" user. Kudos sir Janus. I've been with other brands and couldn't agree more.
Idoo how about yung huawei nova y72 po?Nagdadalwang isip ako kung maganda bayon😅
@@pinoytechdad ayun, salamat sir.
Waiting din ako sa Xiaomi Civi 3, just like the others. Tsaka for the price of the latest apple device, nakakahinayang gamitin for gaming 😢
Civi lineup tlaga pang-malakasang camera-focused phones...
100% agree with you about oppo...
My budget is around 10k and ang habol ko ay battery performance at UI features. I like phone that would kast for as long as 3 years to 5.
sir, w/c is better po, qualcomm snapdragon 7s gen2 or mediatek dimensity 7050?. hoping for ur reply.,,tnx
7s gen 2
The two things i hate in POCO is the MIUI, it still have some bugs, like sometimes app, close it self in background or you just switch app for 15 min. the app will close it self even if you thinker battery settings. And sometimes when i using music service like Spotify, it also close it self.
The other one is it weak signal reception. I know you said its not the case since they are all coming from same place. But base in my experience, realme and narzo has the great signal reception. Wherever you're in rural or urban area.
Baka fake yang nabili mo hahaha pinagsasabi neto

For me,
I think Apple and Toyota shares the logic, Toyota once said “We build cars that will last and be passed on to your children”. And I always say this to any argument between fanboys. Go for the “Technology that matters, not gimmicks and bloatware”. 😊
@@kimdemegillo9631totally agree. I'm an android user before but when i got my iphone 11 last month, I don't want to go back to android anymore. Iphone just built different, the gap between the performance versus android is insane. You absolutely get what you paid for.

This is what i Like when @pinoytechdad reviews..so honest ..talagang sasabihin nia ung goodside and badsides ng kh8 anong phone brands..so unbiased..nagbBase talaga cia sa specs quality price range and aftersales from consumers..good job!ganito dpat mga Tech reviewers ndi ung inisponsoran lang ng phones eh kung makapuri and hype wagas 😉

reno aeries are the only beat oppo models...yun a series bulug unit mahina specs...swerte yan nabili mo..ako reno 6 and 4...
V27 based on your choices.

I ended up getting a Poco f5. I know better now after diving more into specs especially with the x3p mobo failure and can only blame the chip architecture and placement of the design
@@christopher4215 hows the camera? We know its a gaming phone
