Para sa namiss yung point: Wala akong sinasabing HINDI MATIBAY ang Oppo. Ang punto lang is HINDI MAS MATIBAY ang Oppo kumpara sa ibang brands kasi pare-pareho lang ng materials ang gamit ng mga phone brands. Walang secret, special material na gamit si Oppo para masabi nyo scientifically na MAS MATIBAY ito kesa ibang phones. Yung personal experience nyo ay may kasamang "swerte".
Paano? Consider this, person A and B are using the same phones. Pareho nila nabagsak PERO magkaibang height, at magkaibang surface ang binagsakan. Kay person A okay pa din ang phone nya, kay person B nabasag. So obviously minalas si person B at sinwerte si person A.
Napakaraming factors kung bakit pwedeng nasira yung lumang phone nyo vs yung gamit nyong Oppo.

Mine. S10 5g. 3yrs na sobrang bilis padin. Love na love ko ang smooth gamitin lalo pang gaming. Na tapon ko nga lang sa garbage chute from 15th floor buhay padin 😂 simula ginamit ko to natatawa na lang ako sa mga baliw na baliw sa iPhone. im using xiaomi since 2013,tablet ang una kung binili,ayos nman..from 2017 bumili ako ng xuaomi mi mix 2 and xiaomi mi pad 4 until present ginagamit ko pa rin sya at wla ako problema
Been using Oppo F11 Pro for 4 years and I do agree with what you said about Oppo. Debut price of this phone before was around 18k. Pretty overpriced for a mid range phone before. But the only time that I had issue with this is when I accidentally stepped on its screen. When I purchased it, it has Android 8 or 9 (can't remember). Currently, it is in Android 11 and haven't received any updates since 2021. Reliability and quality, Oppo is really a good brand. But I do get what Janus said and it is pretty obvious and I really agree with it. They are trying to make their phones as premium as Samsung. But when you take a look and have an in-depth analysis, there are other phones that are better in terms of price. If you're looking for a phone that you can use for 4-6 years, get a flagship Samsung or iPhone. If you are casually changing phones annually or after 2 years, get a mid range phone from Xiaomi, Tecno, Infinix. No phone brands are perfect but at least you know what to consider depending on your usage, and of course you know what brands are offering better specs and performance for a specific price range. Oppo phones mahal tlga siya pero based on my experience kahit mahulog iya goods pa rin my oppo a5 2020 5yrs na sa akin never pa ako nag bili ng bago .. iubg issue lng tlga sa oppo ung price nila at brightness .. mahina xa pag nasa ka sa labas 😊😊

I have nothing to say but Pinoy Tech Dad is a legit tech reviewer. Everything he says is true to its core. Hindi niya i-critic ang isang brand just for the sake of hype but it is based on Sir Janus’ experience with the brand. Malaki pasalamat ko kay Pinoy Tech Dad dahil napili ko yung gusto ko na phone. I am now a Xiaomi 12T pro user here and dahil sa kakapanood ko ng videos ni Sir Janus kaya ako nag arrive sa phone na yun. Sabi nga ni Sir Janus, “There is no such thing as a perfect phone but there is a perfect phone for you.” Sir Janus is legit, walang kaplastikan, straight to the point, no sugarcoating, walang ka OA-han. PTD is my top tech reviewer na ngayon. I was a Huawei fan since 2015 and nagpalipat-lipat ng brand since nung wala na Google Services. Bought Honor X9a kahit sa mga cons na sinabi ni PTD nad honestly nagbabalak na ako ibenta to para bumili ng bago.

2022 oppo reno 8 (MT 1300) vs 2023 oppo reno 8t (SD 695) although the same 6nm pero iba parin ang lakas ng MT 1300 katulad siguro ito ng SD 860 o baka SD 888 pa.
Ang mga phones ngayon na may 108mp na Camera pero, Ngunit, but ang processor ay sd 695 lang ay di makakapagProvide ng magandang quality na image at video. Promise maniwala kayo kay Boss Janus dahil mapagames man o camera o performance may mga kaalaman yan, One of the most trusted phone reviewer.💪💪💪

I'm a Redmi Note 10 pro user, never nag update dahil sa mga front cam issues na nababasa after system update pero i can say na sulit na sulit specs nito, planning na mag upgrade sa Redmi Note 12 Pro. Last Huawei device ko ay Nova 3i na until now ay gumagana parin at nasa kapatid ko na. di na ko nag Huwei dahil sa non existence ng GMS. Before Huawei, gumamit din ako ng Asus Zenfone 3 laser (2016 na buhay parin hanggang ngayon at ginagamit ko as back up device). isa sana to sa mga magagandang budget friendly phone brand kaso nag focus nalang si Asus sa ROG phones nila. Sayang.

I may be an Oppo user but I have to agree with this point of view. I'm using Oppo Reno 8T and it's highly pricey for a phone that does not have 5g connectivity. Although the camera is good there are still phones out there that have the same specs but on the budget side but anyway there's no such thing as a perfect phone!

After Vivo, I settled with Huawei since 2019, and masasabi ko lang na im one of their few suited Users. I totaly love Huawei's ecosystem, and just to point out na even with our current issue with the banning and stuffs, Huawei still fight to provide us a great tech experience, proves that they are more than reliable. Now that their Kirin chips are starting to rise in development once more i cant deny the feeling of exitement for Huawei's future.

Great video as always Mr Janus! You didn't feature the Nothing Phone here though even if it has only 1 phone in the market. Looks like Samsung still tops the Android Market due to their long software support duration. Since for budget phones, Infinix or Tecno is the way to go because Redmi, Narzo, Realme, Xiaomi, and the rest of BBK offer more expensive phones with the same frequency and duration of software support as Infinix and Tecno

Tama ka po sa ponto para sa poco phone Sir.. Ito poco f3 eversince po nabili ko to noong nov.15, 2021. Hanggang ngayon gsmit ko pa... Dumadaan na nang android 12 at android 13. Still.... kicking po siya... At sa makatuwid mukang di na ako bibili pa ng ibang phone... Iba po kasi si Poco F3 dinudongkit po niya sa akin ang antutu score malapit sa 900k... Dalawang beses na ko nagkaroon ng unit na nadeadboot. Poco X3 Pro at Redmi K40 Gaming Enhanced Edition. Nagtry rin ako magpalit ng brand, nagtry rin ako ng ibat ibang unit pero bumalik parin ako sa Poco, at ito na yung Poco X4 GT. Sa ngayon wala naman akong nababalitaang deadboot issue sa gantong unit, pero ang reason kung bakit bumalik parin ako sa brand na to kahit nakaexperience na ko ng deadboot, e dahil nsa brand tlga na ito ang mga pasok sa mga kailangan ko at masasabi kong "Perfect Phone" para sakin. Halos lahat ng gusto ko sa phone nndito na, lalo na sa pagiging abot kaya ng presyo nila pero bibigyan ka ng maganda at sulit na performance at specs (minsan halimaw pa) kumpara sa iba. 😁😁

Was using Samsung before, yes matibay, pati LG matibay din that's given. But gone are the days na, iilan lang ang may quality, nagpapatibayan na nga sila ngayon ng builds eh, dahil sa competion, and this is good for their business, lalo na sa'tin, mga consumers.

I have a samsung phone that 4 years na since 2019 nung nabili ko pero goods na goods padin medyo humina na nga lang sya sa gaming pero sa yt or watching movies or netflix e no problem. Galaxy a70 is solid kahit pa 20kplus sya nung nabili ko pero sulit naman . Sobrang helpful talaga mga suggestions at opinion mo about device na nagamit mo boss. Laking tulong sa mga nagddalawang isip na bumili ng kung anong brand ng phone ba bibilhin. Again thank you po at sana dumami pa subs mo idol❤
Been looking for a video like this. From Huawei Nova 2i and now to Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5g, I agree sa mga comments nyo sir. Ang ganda talaga ng camera ng Huawei and I can say na pagdating sa front cam, ang laki ng gap ng nova 2i ko dati sa Note 11 pro ko ngayon. Advanced talaga image processing nila. I was a fan before but I cannot pick it up now due to the inconvenience of a phone w/o Google Services. I switched to Xiaomi but I was really in love with the Realme GT Neo series due to the reviews, can't afford naman. Ayun lang, this video is so helpful.

I hope this will be followed by the "Brands Rambulan Series" so that many will be enlightened. Sir Janus, I support you by not skipping ADS. I'll be waiting for Xiaomi vs. Samsung Branda Rambulan Series. Xiaomi fan here but deciding to be a Samsung fan also, hehehehe. Salamat sa mga honest videos mo.
Good thing po na wala ka gaano nabanggit na masama sa VIVO. kasi Sobra ganda talaga ang OS updates and optimizationa nila. Almost on par with Samsung pero syempre. Samsung ay Samsung parin. Tama po kayo. Sa Looks nalang bumawi talaga ang Vivo. Kaya most of the time. MGa "babae" ang mahilig gumamit ng "VIVO". To add na din po. I know SUBJECTIVE ito pero bihira po ako makarinig, makabalita na may Vivo users na nasira agad ang phone nila. This means na "Quality Build" din talaga sila.
Also, I will not recommend this brand sa majority kasi nga "Overprice" parin kahit papaano.
Lastly, Nabanggit nyo nadin po si VIVO 27 (NOT E). Yung Camera sensor po nun ay IMX 766. Marami nagsasabi maganda talaga ang Camera niya.
Yes po, I agree po sa build quality ni vivo. I had my vivo y53 on 2017, and now it is working pa rin! although hindi na siya tulad ng dati sa performance... sulit pa rin kasi kahit nahulog ko na noon at nabasag yung screen buo pa rin po hehe.
Vivo v15 ko ngayon lng nasira 5 yrs ko bardagulan gamitin. Kaso ang mamahal na ng phone nla di makasabay sa bagong trend na "flagship killer". Sana maglabas sila.

Although may bago na akong phone, yung y11 ko kahit kumakalas na yung screen buhay pa rin hahahaha
1 thing na na missed sabihin about sa Samsung ay yung 4 years major software update at 5 years security update, malaking bagay kung gusto mo gamitin phone mo nang matagalan. At about sa Exynos performance wise sa mga recent released the same na sila ng SD counterpart hindi lang masyadong effecient at optimized yung Exynos kaya medyo may kainitan lang.

xiaomi phones talaga prefer ko. at totoo yung deadboot issue. pero hindi naman sa lahat ng phones nila. using poco f3 for almost 3yrs nah. at yes may mga phones na na kayang tapatan ang specs ng poco f3 na mas cheaper. pero ang na gustohan ko sa xiaomi devices is ang posibilities after ma unlock ang bootloader ng device. ang lawak ng modding community. been modding my android phones since unang labas ng samsung galaxy pocket. ni minsan hindi ko dinanas ang software problem.
Im a samsung lover, i switch to Oppo nung nglabas sila agad ng first slim phone nila. Dahil noong my Samsung TAB 3 ako diko lang na updates like 6 months ay dina ko mabuksan ang units and i lost all my stored financials. Even though pina ayos kuna still un recovered, felt disappointed. Sa Oppo khit dimo pa na updates kaagad ok pa ang unit. Until now still using Oppo, just bought Reno 8T 5g sana magtagal. But maybe next time mag Samsung serries S na ako.

Nagsisi si mama nun nag installment sya sa singapore ng oppo ax7 ko na nasa halagang 16k gawa ng interest kaya malaki tapos nung umuwi sya sa pinas nagulat ako sa price kasi mas tinalo pa ng realme yung specs ng ax7 ko pagdating sa performance at camera..kaya nakakapagsidi talaga..hanggang ngayon gamit ko parin sya ngayon kaso nag deadboot din sya nung june 30 nung birthday ko pa..then pinaayos ko sya tapos nagkaroon ng problem sa battery ang bilis malowbat then bumalik ako sa paayusan ..pinanood ko ginawa nung manong:sinoldering iron nya doon sa battery..then naayos na sya ngayon..pero ngayon parang may ghost touch ang nangyayari kaya need ko sya muna patayin para mawala yun ghost touch. I'm planning to switch on oppo reno 10 pro 5g this yr on September but it's to pricey so im very thankful that i watched this💓Thanks for the advice

I'm an android user and I just switched to iOS a month ago. 1st day of being an iOS user was a boring experience but satisfied 😅 boring because of the customization and downloads capability but satisfied when using the apps and games. No lag at all so smooth and responsive.
Soon, I will buy my secondary phone again which is an android for sure ❤ probably xiaomi or a samsung.

i really like xiaomi (redmi/poco/blackshark), one of the fastest charging phones and probably the only brand that has IR blaster w/c i use on my tv, aircon remote, etc. but i really experience the dead boot in my poco and redmi but i think most of it was manufactured pandemic times. also, i really dont like the ads and they stopped manufacturing blacksharks. but i really like the MIUI w/c is always updated.

Meron akong OPPO reno 3 na released year 2020 at until now gamit ko parin at never kotong nilagyan ng screen protection pero since ngayon wala ni maliit na crack.

I will always recommend this channel than other phone reviewers or device reviewer channel like the same intro as Viy. Because this channel is really on point no sugar coating, has good and bad sides and good recommendations to buy devices.

Not an Android hater, in fact I used one before but for reliability, security, longevity and ease of use, I’m with Apple all the way. But its a good thing we now have different Android brands / phones at affordable prices. I like the POCO series to be honest.

Still rocking my Oppo Reno 5 for how many years already. Only issue I had is the screen which I accidentally dropped. If you are an average user I would recommend up until now and if not only with a damaged screen I could be using probably for even more years to come. Probably the issue is with the current Oppo offerings but 2-3 years ago, Oppos offering were excellent. Given the stiffer competition nowadays, techdad has a point though about the brand direction.

This channel made me bought the Honor X9A 5G, why? It's because the reviews here are on point and real. Walang sugar coating or whatsoever. I do agree that the SD 695 and the camera ay hindi swak sa 17k price range but it gets the job done (for me atleast).
I think most of the value devices ni Redmi, nasa China and is rebranded as Poco. Kaya mejo weak si Redmi because of this style of rebranding. Pero yung point na pamahal sila is very true naman na.

Veru user-friendly yung UI nya and the performance quality and camera are very decent. I think it's the same with the flagship phones of the other brands like yung vivo x90 pro and oppo find x6 pro. These phones have 1-inch sensors and co-engineered with zeiss (for vivo) and hasselblad (for oppo). However, sobrang mahal ng mga flagship phones na to na halos ka presyo nya yung flagship phones ng samsung kya tingin ko yun din ang dahilan kya hindi sya ni-release d2.

For me Xiaomi, Redmi, and Poco parin talga dabest brand rn giving u superb specs to its value pero di ko dedepend and Xiaomi dahil talagang pamahal sila ng pamahal siguro kasi yun ang flagship talga nila kumabaga panapat nila sa mga Iphone, samsung, n such. Still choosing Poco at the end especially ang mga F series solid mag pahanggang ngayon.
As a vivo user, agree ako sa sinabi ni Sir Janus. Binili ko lang Vivo Y35 for the sake of convenience sa pag-transfer ng files and familiarity ng OS pero, overpriced talaga siya. Tas naglabas pa sila ng Y22s na same chipset with Y35 tas ang presyo eh halos kaparehas ng Y35. Lamang lang ni Y35 is the EIS, pero walang OIS kaya bitin. Plano kong lumipat ng ibang brand kapag nagsawa na ako sa phone na ito para maiba naman.
Sa iPhone naman, agree rin ako na sobrang limited ng iPhone. Yung "budget phones" kuno nila na SE, sobrang unbalanced. Having a flagship Apple chipset with the body of an iPhone 8 or lower, tas hindi ganun kalaki ang battery life, bili ka na lang ng base model o kaya yung Mini (sayang lang kasi tinigil na nila yung sa Mini series).

While I agree that overpriced Oppo devices, I can vouch for it's durability. I'm mainly an iOS user pero ang tumagal talaga sa android devices ko is yung Oppo, same goes with my sisters. I'm a heavy user btw, more than 9 hours average usage ko ng device daily. Nagka Samsung, LG and Xiaomi ako pero mas mabilis sila nagka issue. Well, depende din talaga sa gamit yan. Sana lang yung Poco F5 na kakabili ko lang tumagal.

@@jericobiscarra1278 Tinest ko po kanina, after 2 hours of playing Genshin na naka medium sa settings (45 FPS) nabawasan ng 34% sa battery. I think overall it's good naman for its price, although I was expecting more from its battery. Walang lag and super bilis mag charge since it supports a fast charge of up to 67W, kaya in less than an hour po naka full charge na siya. Yung camera di ko pa po masyado nagagamit pero satisfied naman po ako so far. Btw ang variant na meron po ako is yung 12GB RAM + 265GB version.
Agree iba din tlaga yung qualities ni oppo na di nakikita ng iba. Parang tinipid sa specs pero halos wala naman issue di gaya sa iba lagi may issues and bugs.
My hubby had his Oppo F9 in 2018 and up to now nagamit pa rin. Although may cracked na sya. Di na kasi mabilang kung ilang beses sya bumagsak at nahagis ng twins ko, di lang basta hagis as in sobrang bagsak talaga. But still working. Very durable talaga ang oppo❤

Pero kung gusto mo ng multi task Phone like can text, call, video call, gaming at pwede ka pa magstore ng software installer ng pc at ibang gadgets like phone firmware na kahit saan madadala mo dahil sa phone mo nastore. Eh mag-Android ka na po.
Tulad ko na minsan nagfoformat ng mga computers laging nasa phone ko mga installer na kailangan, drivers OS, Applications etc. 256gb is enough para madala ko lagi mga kailangan ko sa computer software repair. At kung kailangan naman nitong idownload pa ang software at pwede tulad ng printer driver or resetter ay pwede idownload at mastore sa phone after that ay ililipat sa pc gamit ang data cable na hinding hindi kaya ng kahit na anong iphone.
Just saying, buy device na naaayon sa inyong pangangailangan.

Hello po Pinoy tech dad, student here. Sobrang true ka po dun sa Oppo kasi I've been using it since 2013 yung unang phone ko Oppo F3 okay namn yung usage ko then nag change na ako sa Oppo A92 okay naman din kaso yung pricing legwak sa specs. Tapos ngayon po gamit ko ang Oppo Reno 8z 5G, I've been experiencing na kapag napapatagal ko ang gamit ng phone ko since for online class nagkakaroon po sya ng glitches on screen like kabibili ko lng nun biglang naging ganon. And yung specs talaga same as Oppo Reno 7z 5G lng so wala tlagang level up (correct me if im wrong) Medj pixelated lng kapag nag video since wala syang 4k and meron lng syang 1080p. Planning to fix the glitch sa Oppo center Pero soon po mag change na ako ng brand ng phone since Oppo doesn't have a good camera for zoom since I like to take pictures. Sticking with Redmagic devices for a gamer like me from Redmagic 5g to Redmagic 8 pro Wala akong na encounter na problems even deadboot or screen issue napakatibay na phone at napaka simple ng UI Which is a good thing minimalistic ang approach, everything I would want except sa front cam na under display which is considerable Naman dahil gaming phone pero may Nubia Z50 Naman na napaka Ganda din ng front cam, over all mas affordable Ang Nubia Redmagic devices hahaha.

I agree, na reason na nag switch back ako sa Samsung S23U from Huawei Mate 50 pro. kc nakukulangan ako some apps are not working. kahit gano kaganda ng Camera ni Huawei kulang parin kc. big deal talaga si Google and also hindi sya future proof since nka 4G lang sya. sayang talaga ni Mate 50 pro.

I LOVE the honestly and bluntness. Ganyan dapat. Walang sugar coating. Poco F4 GT user ako. it's been a year and my only complaint is yung heating issues lalo na kung mainit na panahon. Kahit naka standby lang sa hot weather, iba ang init talaga. About sa deadboot, malabo naman dito sa model na ito. Salamat sa reviews, lods. Hopefully magamit ko pa itong unit ko for 3 or 4 more years.
Ang style ko pagnaglalaro ng games like, ML or Genshen nilalagyan ko ng ice na may cotton na binalot sa supot at nilalagay ko sa Likud ng phone para continues lang yong lamig niya di masyadong mainit kaya nakakapaglaro ako ng straight no buffering or stuttering. Try mo yan para for remedy pero of course wag na wag mo'ng idirekta ang ice sa phone mo baka masira yan. 😅

True talaga na maganda ang huawei and honor. I am still using my huawei p10 lite (2017) and honor 8x max (2018) para lang sa mga social media and some light games. Nanawa na lang ako kaya i bought poco m4 pro 5G. Ok naman siya no complaints.
The two things i hate in POCO is the MIUI, it still have some bugs, like sometimes app, close it self in background or you just switch app for 15 min. the app will close it self even if you thinker battery settings. And sometimes when i using music service like Spotify, it also close it self.
The other one is it weak signal reception. I know you said its not the case since they are all coming from same place. But base in my experience, realme and narzo has the great signal reception. Wherever you're in rural or urban area.

to be honest medyo na-offend din me sa part ng POCO kasi I'm a solid fan of it, I am using Poco X3 Pro and swerte lang ako na yung unit na napunta sa'kin is walang deadboot issue (using it for almost 2 years na rin) techy guy din me kaya if may magtatanong ano magandang phone? poco agad yung marerecommend ko kaso wala e nasa masa na rin ang balitang may deadboot issue na. I even watched yung video nga here about deadboot issue para lang mapaliwanag ko sa kanila nang maayos pero hindi talaga lahat maipipilit and also like what I said madalas din ako manood ng reviews for phones. Isa 'tong channel na 'to na highly recommended ko for no extra shit for recommendation. Deretso kung deretso kasi 'yon naman talaga ang need.
