Unfortunately, the explanation for the Excel Spreadsheet is not very informative. For instance, can you clarify what the library size should be based (i.e., peak from tapestation)? I don't it is helpful leaving viewers to assume. Same goes for lane sequencing and data Delivery

For the library size, we are asking for the average size of the library based on a tapestation (or similar) measurement. If you are not sure about this, you can always provide your best estimate.
The data delivery method will depend on whether or not you would like your libraries demultiplexed. For the lane sequencing part, you can determine if your project is "lane sequencing" or "Partial Lane Sequencing" by checking your quotation.
