- Despite promising a lot returns, many people have not embraced rabbit farming in Kenya.
Rabbit Breeders Association of Kenya (RABAK) Kiambu Chairperson Peter Waiganjo says that there exists a very big demand for rabbit meat but the supply was still not adequate.
Nutritionists say that rabbit meat offers the best source of protein and is healthier than most alternatives like beef, pork, turkey and even chicken.
