@@rudybigboote3883 honestly brother, after 11 months i realised that what makes a boxer the best of the best isnt just by skills is through discipline as well. naseem got lazy towards the end of his career so what i would say for now on he wasn't the best boxer ever.

После этого боя Насим Хамед понял, что те, кого он так красиво побеждал, были не из первого эшелона! Я ищу в интернете, какие бои провёл он после Барреры и не нахожу. А о деньгах почему молчите? Почему не говорите о том, что Насим вышел на ринг с опозданием на 20-30 минут. Сломал его Баррера. Пусть бы он подлечился и вышел на бой с Маркесом, Пакьяо, Джудой и доказал, что это была случайность. @@semprelazio8864 What does Ali's example have to do with this? Ali lost to Berbick when he was almost 40 and started showing the first symptoms of parkinson. Naseem lost to Barrera when they were both 27 and Naseem seemed to be on his way to an incredible career. It was a nice bath of humility for him and instead of learning something from that defeat what did he do? He retired. And I read people who write "goat" in the comments. If they refer to the animal perhaps they are right.

Da parte mia non c'è nessun odio nei confronti di Naseem, credo che sia uno dei pugili più divertenti ed interessanti da guardare. Detto ciò non vedo il motivo di portare un paragone assolutamente fuori luogo con Muhammad Ali. Ti ripeto che Ali perse contro Berbick a quasi 40 anni e con il Parkinson allo stadio iniziale. Perché paragonare la sconfitta di un Ali anziano e malato con quella del 27enne Naseem? Paragoniamola con la sconfitta di Ali subita contro Frazie nel 1971. Quella fu un amara sconfitta per Ali che aveva sempre urlato ai 4 venti "i'm the greatest" e si è trovato a fare i conti con la cruda realtà. Stessa cosa successa a Naseem, che si sentiva un Dio in quel periodo con tutte le sue entrate teatrali sul ring. Entrambi, Ali e Naseem subirono una cocente sconfitta. Solo che il primo si è messo di impegno, ha avuto la sua rivincita contro Frazier e si è ripreso il titolo del mondo nel 1974 contro Foreman, il secondo si è ritirato l'anno dopo l'incontro con Barrera senza un motivo apparente come se quella sconfitta lo avesse logorato dall'interno. Insomma, un caratterino un po' fragilino il nostro Naseem, non ti pare?

Naz was an entertaining fighter,he couldn’t Box worth shit but he had a hell of a Punch, he got heavier slow and sloppy and no longer had the quickness and reflexes to avoid shots and having no real fundamentals to fall back on his career was finished, like Roy Jones Jr. once the reflexes,speed and quickness was gone wasn’t much left for him to rely on and couldn’t make proper adjustments because he never really learned and or worked on the fundamentals….. a dangling lead left against a quick South Paw with hands high is suicidal “Jones vs Calzaghe” when All you had were reflexes and that’s been Knocked out of you a couple times……. but i digress
