1) stay away from social media- Facebook, Instagram, whatsapp, etc
2) don't discuss with your friends about their preparations, number of their revisions. Keep your mind stress free. Nahi hua Phir dedenge mindset rakhna hai.
3) don't read new topics, New questions, new books. Keep revising the stuff you've already studied.
4) don't change your plans and strategy at end moment.
5) take proper sleep. You can't cover what you've read in 3 months in one day. 6 to 8 hours sleep is must.
6) practice questions of past papers covering major points of the concepts.

In my suggestion don't watch tips for exam videos bcz. that is the biggest reason... I think you should find your own way to clear examinations because every one had his/her own mindset and everybody should do exams on the behalf of his/her practice.... Don't mind A.S. pandit sir but this is true in this situation as students got feared and start to watch guidance exam but I think they shouldn't these kinda works before papers... But basics your taught were excellent...
