- just my reaction to some genshin impact eceleb drama over on my twitch stream. i guess this video also counts as me addressing the "genshin drama" that unironically people have asked me to make a video on even though i don't play genshin impact.

Hey just some feedback, I found it hard to concentrate on the anime mobile gaming drama because of your hot af vtuber avatar on the video.
They not so low key resent each other, ultimately Envy doesn't like Techy for being a loud mouth drama queen that won't shut up and get off his high horse even if he's at least mostly right, and Techy is annoyed with Envy because he knows that Genshin isn't perfect but is unwilling to vocalize a majority of the issues in the game because it projects a negative atmosphere and he doesn't want to lose followers, plus crazy Genshin stans are legit crazy, like unaliving animals, death threats, doxxing, I think someone tried an assassination attempt over a Bunny suit in HI3, so yeah, some of these people are insane....
Both streamers have echo chambers as chats, but one is at least a bit more reasonable.
Envy's take is actually garbage: he actively promotes Genshin by streaming it and having a positive opinion on it (by not addressing any concerns), whilst thinking of himself as holy than thou for being f2p. Like what? Actually insane, you can't make this up. Although I'm a bit biased towards Tectone's view of constructive criticism and its necessity towards anything in life, so take this as you will. Tectone is someone who does like drama and acts decently negative (sometimes) because that's his "streamer" personality, so we also need to be aware of that.

Enviosity's argument was pretty much saying staying away from cigarettes won't solve your smoking problem. It isn't the solution yes, but it drives awareness as HYV is actively censoring discussion on certain platforms. Remember when he was showing off how many F2P primos he had only to drop the ball on a stream that showed that he is getting additional primos from HYV?
Tectone's resume includes Drama Creator as he is always involved in a drama on every gacha game he plays. He even tried to have his mob cancel a number of creators only because he was called out on his BS. He also recently decided to do weird stuff on Twitch for clout.

Blue Archive didn't do shit because of the tantrum, they added "uncensored" version after KR laws changed and devs were forced to create a more censored version of the game, at the same time "uncensoring" the version which got swapped to a 17+ rating. And that was like 1.5 years after the tantrum.

Blue archive global players complaining did do something which is preventing any further censorship. Every statement Yongha Kim released after the fiasco, he would always mention the Aris incident and apologizes. He also states that there will be no further censorships for the upcoming events.
