I've noticed she has a nervous giggle. Whenever she is nervous she does this little "ah-hehe!" giggle. You can see this most often during her Karaoke streams. She is usually nervous for the first few songs and will always giggle like that when she finishes the song. So that's probably why she was laughing when she started the debut stream.
If Fireforce has taught me anything its that anime protagonists who smile while under stress are OP as fuck. That seems to hold true even now.

Why is her nervous laughter so endearing? Either way, a look into the past might be painful for some, but it's a good way to remind us of how far we've come. It's been one helluva ride these last six months and I'm glad she's gotten better at communicating.
